We received updates throughout each day and during our trip, which we really appreciated. My kids loved seeing photos and updates of Mochi playing and cuddling with her kids. He was truly treated like one of their own, and it was clear how much he was loved, he will genuinely be missed by their family. Carine was also thoughtful about managing energy levels when another dog was staying at the same time and always checked in first. We felt completely comfortable leaving Mochi in her care and would absolutely use her again.”
