I am a single mom of three, teacher and lover of dogs. My kids would love a dog of their own but I am more of the caretaker, versus owner type. We dogsit for friends and family frequently.

Melissa and her family were great with our two dogs while we were on our week vacation. She checked in throughout their visit and prior to the stay asked all the right questions to ensure our dogs were well cared for. They were so happy to arrive at her house and would definitely recommend her for future stays. Our two dogs were very happy!

Melissa did a wonderful job with Bernadette's stay in her home. She pays detailed attention to all my girls needs and wants, and gives Bernie a safe and loving second home when I am away. She is great at communicating and asks questions to make sure she can give the best care possible. She is at the top of my list when I need to travel!

Schedule
Since I am a teacher, I am off in the summer and have plenty of time for walks and outings. My kids love playing with, snuggling and reading to pets.

Safety, trust & environment
We never let a dog out without being with them and on a leash. We have a large yard but it is unfenced. We gate our deck for plenty of fresh air and have an off leash park near our home.
A typical day
We love taking dogs on (multiple) daily walks. We spend time outside on our enclosed deck and have a 30’ line for when we want to play outside in the yard or hang out on the shady patio.
