About: I have had dogs since childhood! “Puppy” love can change any attitude! A little TLC for your fur babies is what I can provide for you. I work remotely so pretty flexible on time. Feeding, walking, playing all in a days work. I find that a little animal break in my day make me more productive. Our 3 large dogs use doggy door but the little ones have to be let out. We walk our dogs every morning and throw balls ever afternoon.

About: Over the past couple of years, I’ve had the joy of caring for family and friends dogs when needed, giving their dogs a loving home away from home. I work from home so I have flexibility of time and a lot of love to give to your furry friend! Available for boarding any day of the week. My fenced-in back yard offers a safe environment for fresh air, fun, and exercise. Dogs allowed on furniture. I have a two year old lab who loves other dogs! I can also crate if needed.

About: I can't promise your pet(s) won't be spoiled! One level home with a playmate, our 17 yr old Dora, a 15 year old, sweet old aussie shepherd. I am retired and dogs are my passion. I am located in the George's Tavern area of Goochland. I am usually home daily. My schedule is flexible. We have a very large fenced yard. Your dog(s) will have room to explore inside and out. We can discuss any special needs. I have experience with all shapes, sizes and breeds, however, as much as I love them, I cannot handle bigger and stronger breeds.. Your dogs are my daily priority. I can schedule any time daily and I am open to a long-term boarding commitment when I am available. I have customers that found me through other avenues, and have outstanding reviews as I appear to have become Grandma to so many beloved pets I will provide references. I give lots of time and attention to all dogs giving special loving attention to the aging beauties. They all need lots of love and often need special care.

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was seven years old. My family had two kittens that I cared for and I was responsible for pet sitting other fur babies in the neighborhood growing up. I also attended many animal science/nature camps growing up, it’s where I got my first hermit crab! I also know the Heimlich maneuver for both cats and dogs. In my junior year of high school I applied and was accepted to the HOSA veterinary science program where I graduated in the National Honors Society. Shortly after graduation, I started working at a veterinary hospital as a veterinary assistant. My job was to help restrain animals for exams/shots, organize medications, prepare/read fecal slides and determine if intestinal parasites are present, collect urine samples, and provide basic care. Overall I have had personal experience caring for dogs/puppies, cats/kittens, goats, horses, hamsters, chickens/chicks, pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, chinchillas, birds, lizards, snakes, frogs, turtles, hermit crabs, and axolotls. I am currently a student in nursing school and am working as a part time server. I can take off days from work if needed for services. I am on winter break for school so my availability is wide open! I like to learn about their daily routine and what they like to do for fun so and incorporate those things into our routine while clients are gone, so pets feel safe and relaxed while their family isn’t there.

About: I've had dogs all my life as a kid and now as an adult! Love dogs to no end, Have a New Foundland and Golden Retriever. Fenced in back yard on 4 acres, Not into bathing and grooming dogs but will give them the care they need and more! I'm retired military and will make this a fulltime thing if things work out! I currently work part time at Lowe's and my wife is home during the day I have a fenced in backyard and also have 2 dogs of my own. I am able to care for dogs in your home as long as we live fairly close together and my wife is home to care for our pups!

About: Hello! My name is Kate and I want to meet your pet! I have a seven year old Australian Shepherd who might be the love of my life (don't tell my husband!) I have grown up around dogs but have also taken care of cats and guinea pigs. In all seriousness, I live in the Goochland/Short Pump area and offer pet walking during the day. I'm a super active person who works from home and has the time to commit to make sure your pet is well taken care of! My first dog (a Westie) lived to be almost 17 and by the end of his life, needed a variety of medicines throughout the day and so that is another service that I can offer. I hope to meet you and your furry friend soon! I work from home starting late morning and also typically go to the park everyday after work (depending on the weather). I am available before work, during lunch, and after work. I make sure that your pet has plenty of water and play time before I leave the visit! I always make sure your pet is comfortable and we can play as much as they want!

“This was our first time using Rover. Riley was helpful in explaining how it worked. She watched our cat for several visits for two days. For each visit she sent information on how the visit went. Unfortunately our kitty would run and hide after greeting her so she couldn’t get many pictures. She even went and found him and sat trying to convince him to come out! He ate well during her visits and she was kind to clean up the dirty cat bowls each time! It’s also very comforting knowing Riley has experience working in a vet clinic.”

About: Hey, my name is Erin! I’ve had my own animals my entire life, but I also have 4 years of dog training professionally. I worked for the company Dogtopia (a great dog daycare/boarding facility) as a canine coach and assistant manager. I worked hands on in the room with the dogs during open play, and one on one in grooming and training sessions. Unfortunately, my husband travels for work so a traditional 9-5 doesn’t always work for me, hence finding my own lane with Rover! I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend. :) I work from home remotely part time as a paralegal, and outside of that I am a stay at home wife. Pet care fits seamlessly into my life and I am open to working with clients to help accommodate special time needs. About: I’ve loved dogs for 12 years, including my own senior pup. Every dog in my care is treated like family—with patience, love, and plenty of snuggles. I work full time but a very lenient schedule allowing me to care for your pups early morning before 7am and anytime after 6pm. I’m also readily available on weekends. I have a 10 acre lot with a large section fenced in for safe yard play. Also, love long walks around our big yard. A large house with plenty of space for the zoomies.

About: I've taken care of and been around dogs and cats ever since I can remember. Aside from my own pets, I have pet set for many different families over the years. Sunday mornings I have church from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Tuesday and Thursday mornings for the fall semester I have an in person class from 9:30 am to 10:50 am. Other than that my schedules pretty open. I am very responsible, since I usually care for at least two or more pets at one time, I am always aware and make sure I'm giving the pets my full attention and care.

About: I've worked with dogs and cats professionally for over ten years now and also have experience with training. I love getting to know each dog and learning what they like best, whether that’s a quiet walk in the park or some snuggles on the couch and fetch in the backyard. I have experience with all types of dogs and always treat them as if they were my own. I’m currently working part time as a dog trainer so that will give me plenty of time to play with your pups!
