About: I have 2 dogs currently, and have had lots of different pets growing up. I have cat and dog sat for family and neighbors. I have also taken care of and helped out with foster kitties. I am currently working part time in the evenings and doing online school. I am available some full days of the week, every morning, mid day, or overnight. I am currently not able to bring client pets to my home. I am able to go to client houses during the day or overnight as needed.
About: Growing up, I have always had pets in my home. I have had a few adopted dogs for which the breed is unknown, a black lab, a golden retriever, cats and even a bearded dragon lizard! With owning pets your whole life, you often gain experience in senior dog care. This is something I have sadly experienced and can attend to. My most recent puppy with my boyfriend is a german short haired pointer, who just turned 1 year! This means I have extensive training experience with puppies, and trust me, he was a vicious little guy! I pride myself in gentle care and positive reinforcement to train. I am currently working part time as a CNA at a hospital! This means I work 8 hour shifts some days but with proper planning I can be with your fur babies right before and right after any shifts! Sometimes I may even be off the days you need(: Pet care is always a thought in my head so I am familiar with how to fit life in around the animals! I will practice care with your fur baby in their home where they have all there necessities and belongings to make them feel the most safe and comfortable while you are away! I love to provide play time outside with toys or just hangout on the couch for some down time with your fur baby. I am there for them and whatever they are used to, so any details into their life is great!
About: Ive taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember! I currently have a 5 & 6 year old golden retriever and lab. I have a huge fenced backyard and do have two littles in my house. I can do boarding, petcare, or drop in visits. UPDATE : I no longer live an apartment - it won’t let me upload on the app. I now live in Powhatan, VA with a backyard! About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals- birds, cats, dogs and more since I was small. I have a wide variety of pets and lots od space for your baby to feel welcome while youre away. In home care is also available- taking time to make your pet feel loved in their home is important while you're gone. I am a teacher and have nothing but time during the summer! During the school year I am available for early morning drop in and check ins after school as well as house sitting and overnights. I have a fenced in yard with 2 dogs of my own for company. Additonally, we live on 4 acres where we can take walks and play. Your kitty would be comfortable in our rancher 2 outdoor cats.

“Charissa is an OUTSTANDING sitter! I have a large very timid pup and a large very over excited pup that were very unsure of Charissa and Alex upon arriving at our meet and greet. They gave more than adequate time for the dogs to warm up to them while giving them their space. Once it was clear that my female needed a little help and direction to refocus her energy, Charissa knew what she needed to do! Worked like a champ with a little time. By the end of the meet and greet, the pup would come to Charissa and not even take the offered treat! Her and Alex and very easy going, knowledgeable, and have a true passion of making sure your pups are happy! I would recommend them anytime, even if you don’t think your pup can adjust to a stranger. While away, she sends pictures of your pups trusting, relaxing and enjoying themselves while making themselves comfortable at the sitter.
