About: Hi! My name is Cami, and I live in Fredericksburg with my husband, Cam, our daughter, and our two cats. Cam and I both work with children and love helping families, whether that means caring for their little ones or their furry family members! Over the years, family, friends, and neighbors have trusted us to walk, feed, and care for their pets while they’re away. We make a great team and understand how important it is to know your fur babies are in good hands. We’ll treat your pets like part of our family and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. We’d love the opportunity to meet you and your furry friend and give them a home away from home! 🐾 My husband and I are both early risers, with our day starting around 5 AM! During the school year, I work full-time as a preschool teacher and am home by 5 PM. Cam and I both work just five minutes away, so we’re able to come home during our lunch breaks between 12:45 and 2:15 PM to check on and spend time with your pets. We’re available before and after work, overnight, on weekends and holidays, and for extended stays. I’m happy to work around my teaching schedule to provide reliable, loving care and make sure your fur babies feel right at home! We have plenty of space around our home for walks and outdoor time. Our two cats are very friendly and comfortable around other animals. We have a 2 story house with a finished basement. We are able to accommodate crating/pet separation if needed and can care for multiple pets when appropriate.

About: I love all animals and enjoys their company. I'd love to take care of your dog(s) and cats while you're away, so you don't have to worry. When I'm not traveling, I work from home full time, so animals will have plenty of attention and go outside pretty frequently. I have a large yard on rural property and there's a dirt road to get in a several walks. Your dog will have supervised and/or leashed access to the outdoors. There's a lot of room to run. I have had experience handling medications for animals for several years, as my cocker spaniel took medications for glaucoma and congestive heart failure. You can trust that your pup will be spoiled here, like one of my very own. :) I am currently home full time but job hunting so animals have care 24/7. Hoping to find remote work but if this changes I will update here. My animals are friendly with all dogs. I keep all dogs leashes while outdoors. We make sure all doors are closed and all food and poison items are not within reach

“Jessica was amazing! She walked my two dogs, a high strung chihuahua and elderly dog (14 y.o.), for 30min for 4 days. She reached out and asked if I wanted her to meet the dogs before walking them which was great. The chihuahua tends to bark his head off at strangers, and I wasn't sure how he'd react (he ended up running away from her the first day for 15min, sorry Jessica). The older dog had diarrhea throughout the house one day, and cleaning up after something like that isn't really what I consider her job. I told her she didn't need to worry about it, and I'd deal with it when I got back. However, she ended up cleaning up as much as she could anyways (that's going to be a big tip). Besides my dogs being a huge pain. She always responded quickly and sent a lot of pictures from the walks.”

I currently work in recreational therapy twice a week, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong attention to detail skills that carry over into providing safe and attentive pet care. As an online college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time, consistency, an supervision they deserve. At home, our family has five dogs, so I am very familiar with managing multiple pets at once and maintaining consistent schedules. In addition to daily care, I have experience with overnight dog sitting that includes week-long stays where I handled feeding, walks, playtime and managing pet's normal routines. I have cared for puppies, senior dogs, and cats and I understand how to adjust care depending on energy level and age. I have also taken care of chickens while house sitting, so I am comfortable with a variety of animals beyond just dogs and cats. I am able to drive, which allies me to be available for drop ins, walks, and emergencies if needed. I currently work part time and am an online college student. I work Wednesday and Friday nights from 4pm-9pm. For my college classes I do not have to be on any type of zoom, so I do my course work at my own pace. I provide care in my clients home so pets can stay in a familiar, low-stress environment and maintain their normal routine. I follow all care instructions including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any specific preferences the owner provides. Safety is my top priority. I make sure doors, gates, and crates are secure and keep pets aware from anything that may be unsafe. I work to build trust with both owners and pets by being consistent, patient, and respectful of each pet's personality. I also have reliable transportation, so if an emergency does arise I can provide additional needs.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of dogs and cats from all walks of life and at all stages of life for the last twelve years! I am currently working part-time, so am flexible with scheduling for both weekdays and weekends during the day and evenings, as well! I am also available for overnight sitting. In my experience, each doggo and kitty has their own needs, which help them flourish best, so I abide by each fur baby’s routine and comfort level!

About: I have pet sat for my Nextdoor neighbors for years and I have also had dogs my entire life and had to take care of them I work best in the early mornings and later afternoon on weekdays and almost anytime works on weekends I’m mostly flexible and available to be there for your pets I always make sure the pets are fed and have gone potty and I make sure that there are not to many things they can get into or on top of I also notify the owner immediately if I feel something isn’t right or if they is a problem with the pet of if I have a question

About: My name is Abigail! And, I’m a dog lover! My 6 year old Pitbull named Debo has been with us since birth and has been family ever since. I love animals and always try to make them feel at home.
