From the very beginning, Sandra was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, asking plenty of detailed questions to make sure Simba’s routine and needs were fully understood. What truly amazed us was how quickly she bonded with Simba. He’s a Korean Jindo, a breed known for being cautious around strangers, but Sandra clearly has a special way with animals. Within the first day, Simba was not only comfortable with her but actually playing and following her around like they’d known each other for years! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Sandra kept our home tidy, stayed communicative, and treated Simba like her own. She’s reliable, warm, and clearly loves what she does. Sandra is officially our go-to sitter from now on — highly, highly recommend!”

About: For most of my life I have had either beloved cats or dogs. Marnie my 12 lb pomchi rescue, she is easy going and can sniff for hours, so we can walk for hours, or enjoy a dog park with your dog. Elderly is fine if they also can walk a fair distance. Animal advocate. I have a flexible schedule, mornings are best, early mornings too. Can take a long walk with my easy going dog. Happy to travel for gas recompenation. Will not be caring for dogs in my home at this time, unless very small/tiny and quiet. I can come to your house happy to travel if for a longer stay.

I was taking care of my brother's cat, Truman, while he was in the hospital, and Maggie, our dog, usually goes to Michael's house whenever we go away. So it was a real panic to find someone when my brother was unable to, and we had plane tickets to my best friend's wedding in NC. I spoke with a lot of people and landed on Marissa. She was wonderful! Sent pix to us and kept us in the loop. Marissa spent 3 nights at our place and left not a crumb. I loved that she was so responsible and can't recommend her enough. About: I've cared for my own pets for more than 40 years since my family adopted our first kitten when I was 12. I've administered medication for various ailments and have no problem cleaning litter boxes, picking up poop, hair balls and other random surprise messes. Over the past few years, I've cared for friends' pets as needed and loved them like they were my own. My full-time job is remote and allows for flexible work arrangements. I can work my schedule around your schedule. I would prefer discussing the best arrangement for your pet. I follow instructions well and understand that pets have a routine. I want to do my best to make them comfortable while under my care.
