About: I work in a vet clinic where animals are borders as a kennel tech and I make sure they are as comfortable as possible away from home. My working hours at my job are the same every day and it’s a two hour shift in the PM so my days are open other than that. I am comfortable walking a dog around your yard if they need to in order to do their business or sit out in a yard depending on your requests. I don’t have many things I would be uncomfortable if requested.

About: I have been dealing with dogs and other animals my whole life and I feel very confident in my ability to take care of them without struggle. I am a part-time college student, which leaves a lot of spare time to take care of whatever the animal may need and still maintain a healthy work-life balance. I will make sure to follow the instructions left to me by the owner and provide updates if needed. About: I have taken care of all types of animals since I was young. I’ve worked with dogs, cats and farm animals. Nothing will surprise me!! I work as an athletic trainer at a high school. I don’t go into work until 1:30 or 2 pm everyday so why not spend my mornings with your lovely pets! I will take your dog for walks/runs and play with them to get all that energy out. If they are good they will be rewarded with treats (if you prefer them to not have treats then they can be showered with love). If it’s a drop in visit then I will take them to the bathroom and feed them if necessary.

About: I have done drop in visits, farm sitting, dog grooming, equine care, and taken care of many animals. I have at least 10 references. Love all the animals and will treat them with love and respect. I own a mobile dog grooming business so can make my own schedule. I have my farm animals but I have help from family to care for mine when I’m needed elsewhere. I prefer to let the animals be in their own home as they seem less stressed knowing they will be where there family will be coming back to. They have their comfortable spots and smells and doesn’t disrupt their routine but if necessary I could care for them at my home. Would walk smaller dogs on leash outside or have outdoor pens for larger dogs to get to run.

About: I've had dog companions/besties since I learned to walk. They taught me how to love unconditionally, and it made animal care and advocacy my calling. I was studying veterinary medicine before I moved to Topeka, and recently I decided to take animal care back up. I also volunteer at the humane society, so I can spread that passion as wide as this community lets me. I dream of tails wagging and goofy tongues out as far as the eye can see! This is my number 2 priority after my own pack of critters. I intentionally schedule in plenty of time so yours are taken care of and tongue-out-happy! About: I come from a farm happy family and managed a doggy daycare, with extensive work in animal rescue. I have dealt with just about any animal you can imagine. Dogs, cats, horses, goats, guinea pigs, fish, snakes, birds, etc. Not only that but I also have two fur baby's of my own, a black lab and a golden retriever. I have had my lab since he was about 2, and my golden retriever I got when she was about 12 weeks old. I love animals and am just looking to fill some of my free time and earn a little extra cash. My lab has since passed due to old age in 2019 but my golden loves the occasional company! I do work M-F and would be out of the home from 715am-5pm. I work full time for a nonprofit in Ottawa, so I am out of the house from 715am-5pm. I love going on walks and being outside before and after work! On the weekends aside from some errands I would be around. I take animal safety very seriously, especially after managing a doggy daycare, things can be unpredictable. I take extreme caution, and pay attention to all the signs your pet is giving me along with your requests to ensure they have a fun, safe time while in my care.

I typically do potty breaks at minimum every two hours and provide walks one to two times daily, adjusting the length based on each dog's energy level and preferences. Fresh water and food are always available unless you specify otherwise. I keep my own dog separate from visiting dogs unless they've had time to become familiar with each other, which helps everyone feel more secure.

About: I am married and have two daughters and a son. They are 12, 8, and 5. I have a wonderful German Shepherd, an Alaskan Klee Kai, and a 20 pound cat named Karen. We love caring for other animals. We have a big yard so there’s plenty of room to run.! I can come to your home or board in ours. We are very active individuals. Both my husband and I are runners. My husband works full-time, but I drive for Uber so I can make my own schedule when needed. We try to stay as active as possible and play with pets in the home.
