About: I have worked in the animal care industry since I was 14 years old. I grew up with my mother whom bred and showed various different breeds of dogs as well as we kept a small mixed livestock farm. I have worked as an equine manager, I have worked at TSC, and currently am employed at a veterinary clinic where I was originally working with boarders. My skills include basic training, basic grooming, administering preventatives and medication (including insulin), providing effective and safe restraint, and I have taken multiple educational courses on animal welfare, behavior, and stress-free approach to handling. I work full time, but only mid day so I am more than capable of doing morning and afternoon visits as well as mid day on the weekends. I take care of animals the same way I would want to be cared for: with patience, kindness and love but above all safely. Working at a veterinary clinic I have learned a great amount about safe animal care (including with reactive animals).
About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, hamsters, Guinea pigs, chickens ever since I was able to walk and talk! Ive always enjoyed spending time with them and taking care of them! Right now I'm in college doing online classes and I'm free pretty much all the time. being able to escape from home work for a little bit is always nice too. I'm very attentive with my pets making sure they always have what they need and then some. My dog and I go on at least two walks a day. I think its very important that our pets get treated with the best care possible.
About: Hello! Animals have been my passion since I was a little girl. I have worked at a dog daycare for 3 years and now am currently working as a Tech at a Veterinary Clinic now going on for 5 years! I am so lucky to be surrounded by animals everyday and always learning new things about each and every animal. I would love to pet sit your furry friend and hopefully become a new best friend for them too! If you are military, I have base access as well! I am available weekdays and weekends.I would also be available to watch your pet at your home if needed ! I would love to chat about any days you may need and we can work out something :) I am available to help out with feeding, walking, giving medications and or just hanging out with your fur baby. I am open to talking about any other things you may need !
