I’m experienced with administering oral medications, following detailed care instructions, and providing plenty of exercise, enrichment, affection, and one-on-one attention. My goal is to keep your dog happy, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away. I have had a Sheltie, and currently have a Great Pyrenees. In addition I have fosters dogs young and old, big and small. I live on a farm, so caring for animals is part of my everyday life. Each morning starts with feeding and caring for the animals in the barn before tending to the pets in the house. I enjoy taking my dog for evening walks and spending time riding my horses during the day. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and I truly enjoy providing them with the care, attention, and love they deserve. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Pets staying with me will have access to a securely fenced yard where they can safely play and explore. They’re welcome on the furniture and bed if that’s what they’re accustomed to at home—I want them to feel as comfortable as possible. If you’d like, your dog can socialize with my friendly, spayed Great Pyrenees in the fenced yard. If your dog prefers their own space or isn’t comfortable around other dogs, I’m happy to keep them completely separate and provide individual walks and one-on-one attention instead. Please note that the fenced yard includes a swimming pool. All outdoor time is supervised, and I take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety.
