About: I’ve had pets all my life, with experience caring for dogs of many different sizes and breeds. While taking care of your pet I will make them feel at home, maintain their routine with them and give plenty of attention. Pet care is vital in my house. With 3 animals to take care of, I have daily routines set in place in order to ensure my pets are well taken care of. We have a fenced in yard and space to run around, and a quiet, no-outlet neighborhood with no drive-thru traffic for walks. There is a dog bed for sleeping and a crate if needed.

“Took great care of my cat when I was gone for the weekend!!! Kept me updated on how he was doing and provided plenty of pictures to let me know he was doing well. Would absolutely book again!!”

“Katie is incredible! She took wonderful care of our puppy, visiting him twice a day to help with potty breaks. She was thorough, great at communicating, and loved on our pup (and cat) so much! She also continued his training by asking us for the commands we were training. Our puppy absolutely loved her and we will be hiring her again!”

“Ross is great. Never and issue and we get updates for our car in a timely manner. On our most recent trip he even helped us by resetting our router so that we could see our smart systems in the home.”

About: From puppies to senior animals, I’ve worked with them all! My goal is for you to feel more than comfortable leaving your pet in my care. My love for pets is endless and I will make sure they get all the love & attention you would give them if you were there yourself. My current schedule allows me to work from home four days a week and am free most evenings for pet sitting, walks or quick check ins. For in home visits, I would chat with you ahead of time to go over care details and preferences for your pet. Same thing does for in home visits - I’m happy to share photos of my space or invite your over for a trial to have your animal be in my space and meet me before you book an official visit. My home is clean, friendly and inviting!

“Kerrigan was our first ever caregiver through Rover this past week. She did a wonderful job! I left a few things to her judgement calls based on the weather and how our 2 dogs were doing, one being age 16 years, the other is only 1.5 years. Kerrigan is very trustworthy, and made great decisions for us. She exceeded our expectations on flexibility and excellent communication.”

“Lilly took excellent care of my dog this past weekend, sending a nice detailed update + some funny photos of him after each visit. You can tell she enjoys taking care of dogs and I came home to a very happy pup yesterday!”

About: I have had a pitbull-lab mix since April 2016, so I have plenty of dog care experience. I am most familiar with the pitbull-lab breed, but I am more than happy to care for any breed! I just need to know how the dog acts, like if it is shy/skittish, energetic, etc. I pay close attention to detail and communicate well, and I am very flexible! If at any point I notice any issue with the dog or am unsure about something, I will document it and reach out via text, unless you prefer I call or it is an urgent matter. I am a full-time student at GRCC, and will be taking 2 7-week classes in the summer before transferring to GVSU for Film & Video in the Fall. I also work as a laundry attendant at a hotel in Grand Rapids, and I usually work nights but I have open availability. Occasionally I will work early afternoons. Please contact for availability. I am unavailable to care for your pet in my own home, but I am happy to care for your pet overnight in your home, have a play date or potty break for your pet. If you have any requests, like using a particular toy or going potty in a certain area, meeting that need will be top priority.

About: My dog, Obi-Wan, passed away recently on May 2, 2025. I had him for 3 years. I love caring for animals and miss it dearly. Obi was muzzle trained. I’ve dealt with reactive dogs in the past. I have more patience and understanding than most. I will take care of your fur baby like I would take care of mine. I work from home full time. 8-5 Mon-Fri. I can take care of animals during my lunch or after work. We can work something out. If you have an apartment complex or a house I will make sure they get to play outside. Do their dog duties and hopefully they take a long nap after having a great day. Daily walks, companionship, hugs, and love.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was a kid, helping friends, family, and neighbors with everything from walking and feeding to playtime and grooming. Over the past few years, I’ve gained more professional experience by pet sitting regularly and handling animals of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’m comfortable giving medications, following special routines, and providing lots of love and attention. I also have a cat of my own named Charlie, so I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member—I treat every pet like they’re my own. Right now until school starts my availability is completely open just get with me and I should be able to watch your loved ones at any time. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or my client’s, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In my client’s home, I follow their routine closely—feeding times, walks, playtime, medications, and any special instructions. I keep the home tidy, give updates and photos, and make sure pets get plenty of attention. If I’m watching a pet in my own home, I provide a calm, clean space with lots of love, toys, and a cozy place to rest. I treat every animal with patience and care, just like I do with my own cat, Charlie.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, horses, cats, turtles, and fish my whole life. I am a part time hairstylist on the side. Cannot wait to meet your pet! Thank you. I am off Mondays, Wednesdays during the week and I can do some Tuesday mornings/afternoons! (Some Saturdays)! Really depending on if I have clients as well I can do any day of the week! I absolutely adore my pets in my home. Our family had two white golden retrievers over the years. Our last one was 11, he had cancer and we had to put him down. Dogs are part of the family! Broke my heart. I am so excited to hangout with your pup!

“This was our first time using Rover and we are very happy with the experience. Kelly came out to meet us and the cat (and our dogs who loved her!) before the appointment. She was very respectful of our space, made sure Theo was alive and had plenty of food and water. Theo doesn’t come out for anyone but he came out of his hole to say hello and get some pets. We will definitely book Kelly again in the future.”
