About: I have owned and cared for many, many dogs over the years (also cats, a bird, fish, hamsters, turtles). I LOVE animals! I have cared for a very sick dog while her owner was out of the country. No one wants that to happen but I am dedicated to the care of all animals as if they were my own children. I understand each animals unique personality and needs. I love hiking and walking and there are no better companions than dogs. My first priority is keeping your pet safe, second is their happiness! I understand that having their owners away can be stressful so they need lots of love and exercise. I won't be walking multiple dogs so that I can give enough attention to each individual dog. I am retired and am available at home all day. I can come to your home to walk or check in on your animals any time. I have a fenced yard for your dog to play in and to be safe. I never leave the dogs in the yard unsupervised. My own dog will keep yours company.

About: I have taken care of many dogs through out the years. I have trained many puppies that were my personal pets. I think it’s important for our furry guests to feel safe and comfortable in our home, as well as providing personal space when needed. We do have kids in the house that love and RESPECT dogs of all ages and sizes. I work from home which offers great flexibility for walks, drop -ins and boarding! Your pets needs will always be met no matter the schedule. I have a dog of my own that is extremely socialized and loves companionship of other friends. I do have children ages 2-9. We have always been extremely educational and aware, teaching them boundaries and respect with other animals. They have spent a lot of time at the local dog park and know how to interact with pets that are not their own. I am very aware of any possessive behavior over food or toys and make sure to watch closely or even seperate the locations of the meals.

I have recently moved my six rescue dogs, four feral cats and tortious to Elgin, AZ to live on 36 acres and start my non-profit animal sanctuary. I am also retired from Real Estate and so I have plenty of time to walk, treat and love on your fury kids. I strive to give top notch care and the attention they (and you) deserve. I will never allow another person into your home or allow anyone other than myself to walk or care for your pet. You will meet with and interview ME and I will be the one and only person (with emergency exception) to enter your home or care for your pet. Don't trust your personal space and the health of your fur kids to just anyone. Hire a professional who knows how to handle the sometimes crazy, unpredictable things pets can and will do. I am retired and I stay on my property most days to care for my animals and yours but I can easily get away to do a drop in visit to your place for animals that prefer to stay in their own homes. I am very flexible when it comes to house visits and walking. I have 36 acres that is partially fenced, a large horse barn that can be used to secure outdoor dogs, fenced in corrals for play time and can currently accommodate one small dog inside my RV with me at a time. I will be adding more individual spaces very soon as well as a cat room.

I have a passion for our furry "family members" as well as learning all different types of animal behavior. Dogs, cats, horses, cows, donkeys, fish, and even took care of a camel a time or two. My professional and athletic life has taken me around the world, and frankly, caring for pets of family, friends and neighbors throughout the years has still always been a most gratifying highlight! I have a highly-flexible schedule and a vehicle large enough to crate/transport if needed. About: I recently moved to Sierra Vista from the Valley and am still getting used to the new scenery. I am a dog person at heart, but I also love cats and I have two of them. I am interested in doing both cat-sitting and walking/sitting for dogs. I have been around animals my entire life, and I love working with them. I did pet-sitting in Phoenix and I would like to continue doing it here. I also have a huge backyard and two spare rooms so boarding dogs should be no problem as long as the dog is friendly; I am a stay-at-home mom to a 6-month old and I have two cats, so it's very important that you're honest about the dog being friendly. If the dog is not safe around kids or cats, I will be happy to do drop-ins and take them on walks instead. I am a stay-at-home mom, so my schedule is open as long as it is planned ahead. I prefer weekends, but am open to negotiation. My cats are spoiled, pampered little princes. I make sure to play with them at least 10-20 minutes a day, they have a fancy water fountain, an enormous cat tower, and they eat food made of mostly duck. I don't even buy duck for me! I also have them professionally groomed every 2-3 months, because grooming is crucial to pet health. Interactive play time is also extremely important, and I will guarantee to give your pet a healthy dose of human interaction when they are in my care (unless instructed otherwise). I have a lot of knowledge on cats (thanks, Jackson Galaxy!) and I am passionate about working with them and helping people to understand they are just as wonderful as dogs. Cats are so underrated! I look forward to caring for as many dogs and cats as possible. I am also willing to update you via text on how your pet is doing if requested. I also have a huge backyard and two spare rooms, so as long as the dog is friendly, boarding will be no problem. If they are not friendly, I am happy to do drop-ins/walks instead.

About: I can handle crazy, calm, anxious and any and all dogs, Because I've grown up around dogs and cats, I know animals well. I know the difference between fear and aggression and how to read body language I'm good to work any days and nights as a general rule. I am a caregiver for people with disabilities but that's typically an overnight shift. I can feed, walk, and play with any animals in your home and can stay overnight most nights. I don't have the means to house any though.

About: Growing up on a farm, I loved all animals from a very young age. I would sneak out into the barn and milk the cows! My grandparents had dogs and I absolutely adored them. Currently, I have three German Shepherds, Misiek (9), Mya (8), and Maco (6). We had Mis and Mya since puppies and it has been a wonderful journey to see them grow over these years. Misiek has arthritis in his hind legs and we make sure he still gets his exercise and play time without causing him pain. My German Shepherds love walks! We walk everyday and explore every mailbox and tree. Besides walks, we love to play fetch and tug a rope with each other. Having three large dogs, a big backyard with a fence is a must. They do need their space and comfort. We do not crate our dogs as they are trained to not use a crate. They sure are spoiled and love being our shadows!

About: Ever since I can remember I have had dogs in my life. I am the type of person who constantly pulls over to help a four-legged friend in need. Currently, I am unable to have dogs because I am a College Student. So being able to care for other's pets is a wonderful opportunity! I understand dogs may be a little hesitant with new people.
