“This was the first time I used Rover, Alicia was great! I went on vacation and had to leave my senior Lab mix Sugiebear behind for the first time. She is 12 yrs old and has some health issues. I also had car trouble coming home which caused me to be late picking Sugiebear up, Alicia was very understanding.
