About: I have been around dogs my whole life, I took animal science in High school and worked in dog related jobs for about 5 years. I currently have five of my own fur babies. 3 pups and 2 cats I currently am out of work for the summer and I have open availability. Late August I will return to work as a preschool teacher and will be available evenings and weekends. About: Ive had pets my whole life, from reptiles to birds to our furry friends. Ive done it all! About: I adore animals. I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. When I did not have a pet of my own I always have asked friends and family to take care of their pets when in need. People have always relied on me with their animals as they know I show love and I am very attentive. I have mostly trained my young puppy who has a lot of energy, with the help of a few wonderful sitters. I understand behavioral training, being kind but firm. Teaching with kindness and showing the animals the way rather than teaching in fear. I give a lot of attention and am able to read their body language well. I work freelance so I am available intermittently. But when I am available for sitting I am present to give the animal full time care, so if you have an animal who has separation anxiety and doesn't I take the dogs out first thing in the morning for an hour sometimes even 2 hour run in the park. a few small walks in the day and another longer walk or run in the afternoon. I also love to take the dogs on hikes. I do not have a crate as I did not do crate training with my dog but if you want to provide one I am happy to. My apartment is puppy/dog proof. I have a big yard although it is not fenced on one side so I always watch the dogs when I am out there. I have a nice big dog park near my place. About: Hello! My name is Kaleigh. I’m twenty one years old, and I absolutely adore every fur baby around. It doesn’t matter what animal it is, I love all. I have always been surrounded by guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, birds even. I owned a lot of chickens growing up, only for eggs, and i’ve had so many pups to spend my time with. I have a chihuahua who is a certified service animal, as I am diagnosed with epilepsy. I am medicated for that and all seems well. My boyfriend lives with me and typically comes if I take care of pets, but I can make arrangements if needed, just isn’t preferred because it’s a lot easier for the ride factor. I love to write poetry, make music, I draw frequently, and I went to a technical school for culinary as well. Thank you for reading about me. I currently do not have a full time job.
