Morgan is so wonderful- if only she could be our sitter in Maryland! Super personable, detail oriented, and treats your pup with interest and care. Our Alaskan malamute has separation anxiety and Morgan learned her quirks quickly and enjoyed our pups special character. Definitely recommend and will look forward to our next trip to NH! Thank you Morgan!

Hailey looked in on our 2 cats every day while we were on vacation, and I could tell they were well cared for when we came back. She was very responsive and provided photos every day. When our flight home got cancelled, she even came an extra day which relieved some of the travel stress! Definitely recommend, and I would book her again for cat care. Thanks Hailey!

Leah was great! We have one particularly shy dog that she won over, which is the highest praise around. Feeling very lucky to have someone we can trust when we’re away.

She even spent some of her own time coming to my house to get rico comfortable wirh her b4 there 1st over nighter which I was very impressed with! I can honestly say i feel very confident leaving rico in Sarah's hands!

I highly recommend Jessica! She was great with Aslan. Aslan can be quirky with new people--but he warmed up so quickly to Jessica (in fact, he was asleep on her feet about 15 minutes into our meet and greet!) Based on the pictures she sent, he looked happy and content on his walks. Jessica was prompt for our meetups and even swung by a second time to pick up a key (when I couldn't find it the day of our meetup). We'll definitely use Jessica again when we're away in the future.

Jen did an excellent job caring for our cats while we were on vacation! We have two cats, and one has special medical needs as she is diagnosed with diabetes and requires insulin shots twice a day. Jen was very patient with her, as she has some bathroom issues also due to her diabetes and doesn’t always make it all the way into the litter box. Our other cat is a Maine Coon who requires some extra enrichment and attention. Jen took the time to play with him each time she visited. Jen checked in with us often, sent us pictures and provided us with detailed daily reports about each of our cats. We highly recommend Jen!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and have done house sitting for 4 years. I love doing this kind of stuff. I can walk them, go for walks all that fun stuff. Im doing babysitting right now but can house sit whenever and can be with the dogs/cats whenever. I am always free to take them out whenever needed. I will watch pets in your home and or/ stay in your home for house sitting overnight. I will keep them safe and follow any rules.

Dawn was awesome, communicative, and we are so lucky she was able to drop in to feed and take care of our two kitties on such short notice! Our cats tend to hide from new-to-them people but she was able to spot Nifty, which definitely shows Dawn has an “animal person” vibe that animals trust.

When Leah came for our meet-and-greet I knew all would be well. She entered our home with quiet confidence, and the fussy old lady cats were immediately warm to her. Leah connected with the cats easily and attended to their care in every detail we requested. She was a good communicator with us so we weren't worried a bit. Thank you Leah!

Dawn is our first choice to care of our beloved cat. We get photos (amazing, because our cat is scared of her own shadow!) and promote replies to questions. Dawn is responsible and thorough. We highly recommend Dawn!

Dawn did a great job with a timid kitty and eventually drew her out for attention. Also took care of my three fish tanks - all fish still alive and the tanks looking healthy. Much better than my last (non-Rover) sitter.

Leah did a fantastic job caring for my three cats. She was communicative and provided photos of the cats from every visit, which put my mind at ease. Leah also accommodated an adjustment on the last visit date, which I appreciated.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Campton. On Rover:

  • 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 91% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
