“Leah did a fantastic job caring for my three cats. She was communicative and provided photos of the cats from every visit, which put my mind at ease. Leah also accommodated an adjustment on the last visit date, which I appreciated.”

About: I’ve owned cats, dogs, rabbits and horses my whole life. I currently have 4 dogs and a cat. I have experience from young to elderly. I’m working at a campground in gunnison a few hours in the mornings on some days and afternoons on others. I have plenty of availability. Feel free to send a message and I can try and fit you in. I will walk dogs around town, let dog out in yards, feed and water dogs and cat, check in and provide whatever services are needed.
“If you close your eyes and imagine exactly the kind of person, service and situation you hoped to find using Rover, Dawn is it! Wonderful communication, happy animals and fun pictures everyday. If you are lucky enough to book Dawn, you’re in for peace of mind and happy animals.”

About: With 20 years of experience caring for dogs, including senior dogs, I provide a warm and loving environment right from my home. I can expertly administer any needed medication, so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in great hands. Let’s keep your pup, no matter their age, happy and healthy together! I live on 5 acres of land, and pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I start each day by feeding and walking my pets, allowing them space to explore. Since I work from home, I can spend quality time with them, playing and training throughout the day. I check on their health regularly, which includes grooming and giving any needed medication. On weekends, I take them on adventures around our land. Pet care brings joy and structure to my life! I care for pets in both my home and my clients' homes by providing a safe and loving environment. In my home, I have a friendly 18-year-old Australian Shepherd who helps create a welcoming atmosphere for other pets. I ensure they have plenty of space to play and explore, while also maintaining a clean and comfortable area for resting. I follow their routines closely, including feeding times, walks, and play sessions. At a client's home, I respect their space and follow any specific instructions or routines the pet is used to. I make sure the environment is safe by removing any hazards. I also give them regular check-ins to ensure they are happy and healthy, and I am always available for cuddles and attention!
About: Ive cared for elderly and reactive dogs. Lifetime owner of large dog breeds. Trained my own dog from 8 weeks old. Friends have relied on me for specific care needs. I am a seasonal worker who is in the area until eary Spring! I work part time, and spend alot of time caring for my senior pup. I am active and enjoy getting outside either for a quick walk or long hikes. I enjoy bringing along a canine companion on my journeys and dog walking fits perfect around my schedule! I am responsible in a clients home, sure to respect boundaries and not make any mess. Great with following specific direction sets. Sure to prioritize your pet.
“Great, consistent communication, sent photos of my Kitty daily, along with updates. My cat is very skittish around people but Sue was eventually able to pet her, which is a big win.”

About: I have over 10 years experience with sitting cats, dogs and other small animals. Most of my pet-sitting clients are repeat families I’ve connected with through the local community. I have experience with extended in-home pet sitting, including overseeing household upkeep while clients are away. I am comfortable administering any oral medications needed, with provided instructions and tips. I love keeping you updated with photos and videos while you’re away and making sure your pet is happy, relaxed, and thriving! I have a flexible work schedule to be able to stay with your pets, or visit a number of times through out the day, to help accommodate your needs. I have experience in others homes where the pets feel most comfortable, and usually have a routine I can help maintain while your away! I also will attend to any other home chores like house plants, small pets like fish, or any problems that arise I will be sure you are aware right away.
“I highly recommend Jessica! She was great with Aslan. Aslan can be quirky with new people--but he warmed up so quickly to Jessica (in fact, he was asleep on her feet about 15 minutes into our meet and greet!) Based on the pictures she sent, he looked happy and content on his walks. Jessica was prompt for our meetups and even swung by a second time to pick up a key (when I couldn't find it the day of our meetup). We'll definitely use Jessica again when we're away in the future.”

“I have a very shy dog and after trying 2 other sitters he finally warmed up to Sarah! I was surprised how quickly he did take to Sarah, she has away with animals! She even spent some of her own time coming to my house to get rico comfortable wirh her b4 there 1st over nighter which I was very impressed with! I can honestly say i feel very confident leaving rico in Sarah's hands!”

About: I have experience with a wide array of breeds and temperaments. My dog is relatively medically complex, so I’m also very familiar with medication administration for animals, restrictions, and post operative care if necessary! I am a nurse by day, so you can be confident that your pet will be very well cared for by a responsible, caring, trustworthy individual. I work full time during the week as a pediatric nurse, so my weekends would be the ideal time for boarding and sitting! Longer boarding into the week could be an option on a case by case basis and would require at least a 30 day notice. My yard is fenced. I do have a dog as well as 3 cats. My cats don’t particularly like dogs, so for everyone’s sake the cats will be kept separate from any other furry friends who come to visit :) Your dog can be crated as well if needed or preferred

“Kate was excellent, went above and beyond by not just watching out cat but also taking our mail up/boxes and trash cans while we were gone. She was very communicative about her visits with our cat and sent plenty of pictures. Thanks!!”

“We highly recommend Lawrence, who did an excellent job of housesitting and caring for our three finicky cats. Our oldest feline required fluid injections which was no problem at all for him. In fact, we think Lawrence took such good care of our elderly cat that he looks better than when we left! We came home to a clean house with three kitties who acted like we hadn't been gone. They are looking forward to having Uncle Lawrence back soon when we take off again for a few days.”

“Jane took great care of our furr-babies. She sent some pictures, were sure they were exercised/played with and cleaned up an “accident”. Your pets are in good hands with Jane!”

“Amy took very good care of my dog Kya. Aside from making sure her basic needs were met, Amy also walked her and played with her. Kya is a very energetic and reactive dog and can be a challenge to work with. Amy met the challenge and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend her highly.”
