“Ruth was amazing with our little puppy Simba. He is nervous around new people but immediately took a liking to her at the meet and greet. It's obvious she cares about dogs. She was very understanding of what we were looking for and has done a great job with him. Look forward to having her back to spend more time with Simba soon!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats all of my life. I have always been the go to sitter for friends and family. I am especially experienced with senior dogs and understand the patience, gentleness and extra care they need. I’ve also trained my own pets from a young age, so I’m comfortable working with both older and energetic puppies. Above all, my husband and I treat every pet like family. I work full-time, and my husband is an independent worker with a flexible schedule, so we tag team pet care throughout the day. Our routine allows us to provide check ins and potty breaks approximately every 2-4 hours. We make sure pets are never left alone for too long and always have the attention they need. We’re also available on weekends and happy to accommodate your pets usual routine as closely as possible. Safety and trust are my top priorities. While I have an unfenced yard, I always use leash and supervise pets closely during outdoor time. I have a calm home environment with open space for pets to walk, play and relax. My senior chihuahua has their own separate room, which helps maintain a peaceful setting and allows me to keep visiting pets comfortable and safe.

About: I've breed chihuahuas an I've also rescued newborn kittens an bottle fed them. Also any animal that I find or see I feed an try to care for them. Pet care is my life an I take care of my furbabies all day. I love to rescue or help any animal in need. ❤️ I treat them like my babies or furry children. I will feed an walk or entertain any animals purposes. Safe an loved at all times.

“Rachelle was so responsive and made me feel so comfortable! It is my first time ever using Rover & I’m glad that she was available. Definitely will be using her services again! Highly recommend!”

“April is wonderful! All three of my fur babies took an immediate liking to her. My pup is a bit shy, but by day 2 was offering up her belly for rubs! She is our go to from here on out.”

About: I’ve had hamsters, dogs, cats. They were mainly family pets but I also taken care of pets on another website. I’m excited to learn about your pet and gain more experience! I’ve also volunteered for spca and love all kinds of pets. I am also a mother of an 8 month old and pets should be no different. I have taken care of snakes, turtles, Guinea pigs, hamsters, cats, dogs, and birds! I’m able to take care of your pet and play a lot with them since I do this full time. I’m available even for last minute bookings as long as I have an opening. I have a fenced back yard and a large crate. Dogs bowls and lick pads for your animals! Fresh water and food is always available.

“Margot loves her walks and time with Kylee! So thankful we found an awesome doggie walker! I feel guilty for being unable to do long walks so it is amazing knowing Margie’s having a great time when we’re apart!”

About: Hey friends! I grew up with dogs! I am a pittie lover and also have a Catahoula who can take the energy out of anyone. I am a pediatric nurse who is looking to spend some extra time with furry friends and be in the outdoors. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Please reach out if you have any questions! I am a night shift nurse. So pretty much anytime during the day I can find a way to spend time with your furry friends. If anytime is most convenient it would be 9 am and 5pm. I can also do mid day things as well! I just moved into a small apartment and had to leave my dogs with my parents. I am used to my dogs having a fenced in yard. They got fed twice a day with dry and wet dog food mixed together. After every meal and the middle of the day they would spend time in the fenced in yard. But my catahoula specifically loves walks, so I would always find time to fit in some steps with him.

“Cameron was such a great choice for our fur baby. She was very communicative and always kept in touch and sent photos. she helped so much and was very sweet and our baby. We loved her would definitely recommend her and will definitely reach out again in the future. :)”

About: I have had at least one dog my entire life, so over 20 years. I have experience with puppies who were just born, all the way to a pup who is 17 years old - almost as old as me! I have owned multiple dogs at a time, trained my own puppies, and have even had farm animals (cows, pigs, goats, chickens, you name it!) My family and friends have relied on me to care for their pups for years, and I have experience with over 20 breeds including (Shih Tzus, Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, English Bulldogs, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherds, Mountain Curs, Golden Doodles, Golden Retrievers, Doberman Pinchers, and many more!) I am a 23 year old newly married, dog loving girl! I have a 5 year old English bulldog of my own and her and I are the best buddies! I can assure you, your pup will be just as loved as if it was my own. I absolutely love walking dogs and taking them to the dog park (two of my faves) or simply just playing in the yard. Prior to taking care of your pup, I love for them to get familiar with me, so I will take the on a walk or play with them first. I do not offer overnight services in my personal home, but will visit your home so that your sweet pup (or cat!) feels safe and very familiar with its surroundings. I have found that relocating your pup to a place they have never been can make them very nervous, therefore I simply visit your home where your pup is at the times that you typically feed/water, and take out your pup on a normal basis!

Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover all my life. I've had dogs of my own and have always loved to take care of family and friend's dogs. They can also have the familiar sights, sounds & smells that make them feel safe in their own home. I am available for your let's needs, whether that be stop I'm visits, house sitting and overnight stays and more. I also do pet and family portraiture. I do not care for client's pet in my home, but rather the pet's own home so they feel confident, safe, relaxed and can keep their own routines, surrounded by familiar sights, sounds and smells.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was young, as well as growing up with my own bunch. I frequently take care of dogs when needed! I am able to stay overnight and take care of pets as well as frequently stopping in throughout my day to day and checking in on them! I make sure to keep track of the pets and make them feel as comfortable as possible while missing their owners! I make sure to play and cuddle as much as I can.

About: I have not only owned dogs my whole life but i am in school to work with a variety of animals and have learned so much about different behaviors and caring for different breeds. I have worked in an animal hospital as well as volunteered at several shelters. I have waked neighbors dogs and stayed overnights at family friends to care for their pets for as long as i can remember and am no stranger to the importance of good communication with the owner when they are away from their beloved pet. I have an unusual schedule for work where i conduct data collection on a boat but when i am not at sea then i am able to help out with any pet care needs so just reach out and i can communicate my availability! Unfortunately i do not know far in advance when i will have to work for my job so it is hard to book out for pet care far in advanced. I have cared for many different breeds of dogs with a variety of energy levels and needs. My own huskies have taught me to be extra aware of my surroundings and where they are in relation to what is around as they would try to run off after wild animals and get themselves lost often when they were younger.

“Cassidy was very accommodating, flexible and kind with my fur babies. It was their first time left alone all day in a very long time and my first time using the app and Cassidy was patient with my new navigation of this process and tender hearted to my lonely doggie. Warmed my heart that she sat with my girl and encouraged her to eat her meal even though she was missing her momma. I even needed to add an extra walk when my day went unexpectedly late, and this was no issue.”

About: We're a couple who love animals of all shapes and sizes, especially cats and dogs! We have experience traveling around the U.S. as pet sitters, Megs currently works at SPCA Florida (an animal welfare nonprofit), and we have five incredible rescue cats of our own. We have experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. We also are comfortable caring for cats with a variety of needs and set-ups. We truly just love animals and want the best for each and every one! Megs currently works part-time and LJ has a flexible work-from-home job, which leaves us plenty of room for snuggles and walks and any other kind of pet care! We prioritize the health and well-being of our own cats at home, ensuring they have an enriching environment, high-quality food, a consistent schedule, plenty of attention, and as much play and exercise as they could want. We would love being a part of doing the same for your pets whether that's through drop-in visits or walks!

About: I’m the biggest pet lover I know! I frequently dog-sit and cat-sit for friends and neighbors. Throughout my life, I've had six dogs, two of whom now live with my parents. All of them have enjoyed wonderful lives! One of my special skills is out-energizing dogs during their walks. I love taking them around the lake and enjoying my neighborhood! I often visit my neighbors to check on their pets, change the kitty litter, or just spend time with them—especially when they go on vacation. I also feed and walk my friend's pets. See I create a detailed list of needs and wants for the pets, all discussed with the pet owner to ensure that I understand what is required for their care. I also like to get to know both the owner and the pet before providing care. This allows me to ask questions and gather the necessary information to properly care for the pet.

Shelisha F.Star Sitter
“Shelisha is a caring and compassionate person towards people and pets. She has this ability to connect with animals that is truly amazing and endearing. They seem to establish a connection with her almost instantly. I think it has to do with how sensitive towards her and the animal's emotions she is and animals are able to pick up on that. Shelisha has been a great care giver to many pets in the past and will continue to deliver this with a positive frame of mind.”
