About: I have experience caring for all age ranges of cats and dogs. I have 3 years of animal welfare experience previously working in a shelter and i have always naturally been a huge animals lover. I have the ability to read animals body language really well. I connect quickly with every animal I meet! I have experience with different kinds of energy levels as well. If your dog needs a hike and does well in the car; I’m your gal!!, If they just need cuddles while we binge a tv show I can do that too! I have experience with bunnies, chickens and birds too!! I have a 3 year old dog named Ace who came to me as a puppy. I raised him and have trained him to be off leash, sit, stay, paw, and heel. About: I have a large family dog that I have been responsible for since I was about 10 years old. She has since gotten older so I have experience with a senior dog and giving any sorts of medication (and the peanut butter necessary to get her to take it). I am no stranger to having to clean up any accidents in the house so that is a non-issue for me. I am also open to taking care of other animals like rodents or turtles or other cage creatures. I am a true and passionate animal lover! My schedule is very flexible at the moment. I am happy to give as much or little time needed for the pets. I can figure out any scheduling and details necessary with clients. I am never loud coming into a home. I always let the pets come to me unless they are hiding on purpose. I take care instructions very seriously and will follow everything exactly and will reach out if I have questions about the best way I can care for your fur friend.

About: My passion has always been caring for and loving animals. I will treat yours as if they were my own and understand that you are allowing someone you don't yet know, to care for your loved ones. I have always been a dog owner and my fur-babies are my kids. I have three now, a German Shepherd, a German Shepherd mix, and Doberman, all will be turning two next year. I have been enjoying fostering puppies through CASPCA these past several months, as well I volunteered for them as a teenager. I also have two dogs of my own which probably won't be alot of fun. My beagle is usually sleeping in the house all day as for the husky she usually laying in the back yard squirrel hurting. I can create your fur baby at night or provide a dog bed. I do allowed fur babies to sleep in the bed only with fur parents permission. My fur babies are not snugglers so they choose to sleep on their dog beds.

About: Hello, my name is Kimberly! I have 25 years of animal care experience! Large Animal and Small Animals of all kinds. I am currently a Vet Science Instructor at CATEC well versed in handling, medication administration and excellent communication. I would love to take care of any and fury friends for your peace of mind! I am available all summer to take care of any and all animals! Boarding for dogs only can be done in my home but am also available for drop ins and walking! I have a fenced in yard, and a friendly boxer to keep your pets company if they are in my home. All animals must be comfortable with two very respectful children while in the home!

About: I've had pets all my life. From big dogs, to tiny dogs, to stray cats having kittens under my shed. I even had a hedgehog when I was in college (the first time). I am currently enrolled at BRCC to become a Veterinarian Technician. I have worked in wildlife rehabilitation as well. In doing this I have been lucky enough to gain experience with various species of animals, wound care, rescue and release. My husband and I just welcomed our second baby in Spring 2025 and we have a toddler so this has limited my pet sitting availability. I’m currently only doing drop in visits close to home. Please reach out with any questions. I have basically no traveling plans for the summer. I do work in town as a bartender, but it’s limited to one or two nights a week. When I’m not there I’m with my sons, but I am pretty flexible! Just shoot me a text and we can always work something out. My yard is easily escapable so I will always have your doggies on a leash to keep them safe. My two tiny hounds will gladly help me keep them company and entertained when staying at my place!

About: I have experience caring for dogs in-home, in a pet hotel, and managing on leash fun. I also ample experience working with exotic pets, zoo animals, and wildlife! There isn’t a species I can’t lovingly and competently care for. Mediation Administration, diet management, and special needs care are my specialties. I provide written updates and pictures of your pet having fun after each visit! When I’m not working as a wildlife care professional, I set aside time to care for your pets! I am available on Tuesdays and Wednesday's, and some other mornings. I request a video meet and greet first to determine if we are a good match. Then, I will get detailed care instructions from the pet owner and will follow them to a T! Always making sure to allow some time for lots of animal cuddles.

About: I have loved dogs since I was a kid! I recently have been working as a nanny and that has involved light care for pets as well, my current duties are walking the two dogs and feeding them treats and filling water bowls. I am very loving and caring. My previous job involved feeding and letting the pup out in the back yard to play and to help keep track of certain habits due to the dog having food allergies. I am so fond of animals as a whole that my future goal is to buy a house with lots of land and do free lance dog boarding! I would love to help your family with your pet’s needs! About: I’ve always had animals in my younger life from cats to dogs, and even though I only have a cat I continue to love dogs. My current housing situation allows me to share dog sitting and caring of his clients dogs (ages 9 months to 14 years) for the last ten years. Since then I have asked my neighbors for tending to the needs of their dogs be it from a 5 mile walk on and off leash to a 100 yard potty break in addition to giving medications. I’m currently working part time three days a week and an occasional Saturday, so I have the time to care and interact for your furry friend. I live in a neighborhood with easy access to the Rivanna trails and a road trip access to a farm with woods in Earlysville for running in fields. I also have a very tolerant cat who actually enjoys dogs staying with me because she’s learned that visiting dogs often get a treat she’s earned one too. My house has hardwood floors on the first floor throughout access to the carpeted lower level is through a door. The dog would have free range of the house while we were at home and unless he/she is accustomed to be crated.
