“Alex is a great sitter. My dog had never been to a sitter before so he was scared, but she was so gentle and caring with him. He has severe separation anxiety and I feel comfortable leaving him with her when I go to work because he is in good hands”

“Susan watched our two Huskies for several doggie day care visits. She and her husband were so friendly and easy going, we immediately felt at ease leaving our furbabies with them. You can tell that they really enjoy having dogs around. Our dogs got walks, playtime, and we got plenty of pics/updates. I would highly recommend Susan. She will be one of our first choices when looking for care again.”

“Vanessa is amazing! Leo loves going to her house and playing with her dogs. He whines to get inside when I drop him off! Vanessa is also very easy to work with, flexible and sooo nice! I can’t say enough good things!”

“I was coming in from out of town and needed my dog watched for the day while I was at a wedding. I’ve never used Rover before and was a little nervous because he gets pretty bad separation anxiety. Nichole was so nice and took such good care of him and just hung out with him for the day which was exactly what we were looking for! She even sent us pictures of him to keep us updated on how he was doing :)”

About: On top of having my own crew of dogs (2 seniors, 1 adult, 1 puppy) and 2 cats, I’ve worked with the humane society and local rescues on fostering kittens and puppies. Familiar with senior breeds and giving medications. We love daily walks, enrichment activities, and playing! I also do at home sitting for my friends and coworkers. I am able to do drops in and walks during the day, with weekends and evenings completely open. Your pet would not be left alone for more than 3 hours. I have a fenced yard, dog crates, and a baby gate that will help keep your pet safe. We do daily walks, play time, and weekly enrichment.

“Jacky & Alex were amazing. They scheduled a meet up well before the date that I needed a sitter to make sure the arrangement would work for all of us. I have a Great Dane and that can be intimidating to some people, but they were open and welcoming with my pup. He’s in his sunset years, so he’s fairly low energy, but they made sure to let him run around a bit and get in some good snuggles. They also kept me posted and at ease with some periodic photos and videos. Should I need a sitter in the future, I would not look anywhere else but to them. They were exceptional and asked for a lot of good information to make sure Greyson was well taken care of and comfortable for the duration of his stay.”

About: I grew up always having and taking care of our dogs in our home. Now as a mother of three, I've also had the privilege of caring for our Boston Terrier Coco of 8 years (who crossed the rainbow bridge last year) and Charlie, our Goldendoodle of almost two years. Our pets are truly a part of our family and any dog that comes to our home gets treated as an extended family member. My ten-year-old son inherited my love for animals. He loves taking care of dogs and has dreamed of having a dog care/boarding business so will be helping take care of our 4-legged friends. We have experience administering meds. Having trained puppies, we're also experienced with crate/potty training and teaching basic commands. Pet care is already a part of our daily life- our doodle comes to our bed and wakes us up for his first potty break every morning and that starts our morning routine. My husband and I work from home, so we are extremely flexible with our schedules. Very adaptable to any bathroom/play/walking schedules your pets may have. We have a large fenced yard with lots of fluffy grass for dogs to run around and play in. We love to go on family walks along the lake in the evenings.

About: I'm a dedicated and experienced pet sitter with a passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. I understand that every pet is unique and deserves personalized attention and love. I work from home, which allows me to provide flexible and attentive care to your fur babies. Whether it's a playful pup needing a long walk, a cat who enjoys quiet companionship, or a pet requiring specific medication and care routines, I'm here to ensure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I have two labs, Coco Chanel and Jack, they get along with everyone and love making new friends. I have experience with all breeds/sizes of dogs. As a work-from-home professional running my own PR firm. I have the flexibility to provide dedicated and consistent care for your pet throughout the day. My schedule allows me to take frequent breaks, so I can easily incorporate pet care activities like walks, feeding, and playtime into my daily routine. Your dog will never be left alone for long periods, as I'm able to supervise and interact with them consistently. Morning and afternoon walks are part of our daily rhythm, providing both the dogs and me with fresh air and exercise. During my work hours, your dog can relax in a cozy spot near me, ensuring they feel secure and part of the family. I also take regular breaks throughout the day to play and bond with your pet, offering them the attention and companionship they deserve. This setup creates a well-balanced environment where I can meet both my work commitments and your pet’s needs, ensuring they have a safe, loving, and enriching experience while you're away. In My Home: When your pet stays with me, they become part of the family. I create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment tailored to their needs. My home is pet-friendly, with a cozy living space and a secure, fenced-in yard where they can play and explore. I maintain a consistent routine that includes regular walks, feeding, and plenty of playtime. Since I work from home, your pet will have constant supervision and companionship. I also provide plenty of cuddle time and enrichment activities to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. I make sure they feel at home, whether it's snuggling on the couch or having their own quiet space to relax. In Your Home: If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I strive to maintain their usual routine to minimize stress. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, walking, and any specific care needs your pet may have. I make sure to keep their environment clean, comfortable, and safe. I also ensure your home is respected and kept tidy during my visits. I'll provide regular updates, including photos and messages, so you can see how your pet is doing and feel reassured that they are receiving the best care possible. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or an extended stay, my priority is to ensure your pet feels loved, secure, and happy in their familiar surroundings.

About: I have 9 years dog-sitting along with Wicket since I’ve had him in 2015. Friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets when they are away or busy with work. The list of dogs I’ve babysat are: an Australian Shepherd mix, a Pug, a Pitbull, a Great Dane, a Chow Pei (a Shar Pei / Chow mix), and 3 Rottweilers. I work from home and I'm always available for your pet's needs and they will not be left alone for long periods of time, so they will get lots of attention. I have a fenced yard with a pool. The backyard is all pebbles and rock no grass, with some shrubs and trees. I have a shaded patio that offers shade. I have a teenager that can also offer play and care after school.

About: I am an experienced animal rescue volunteer and medical foster for both dogs and cats. I can provide loving care and special needs for your family. I am experienced with giving medications to both dogs and cats, including shots. I will walk your dogs, play with them, cuddle them and whatever else they like. If they need a brush or bath I can provide that as well. Cats I find seem to accept me (even if they are skiddish) when their owners are gone. I will also play with, groom and love on the kitties, if they are comfortable. I have worked in a professional office and have a graduate degree. I have my own dogs, cats and potbellied pigs. I also have experience with birds, reptiles and tropical fish. I don’t overbook so I can give your pets the best level of care. I will update you daily on their progress with pictures (unless you would rather not think about home while on vacation). I am also willing to do extra tasks while you are away (water plants, pick up mail, light housekeeping). I do offer hourly rates for sitting dogs with separation anxiety (constant supervision) or cats with medical needs. If I am not booked for housesitting, I will accept boarders and doggy day care for small and medium dogs. To have dogs in my home they must be ok with cats and other dogs. I also have a spare bedroom I can board cats in so they are not around the dogs. I am comfortable doing drop in visits on short notice, if you have a key box or digital entry. This works best for cats. I will always do a free meet and greet if preferred (and recommend for dogs). Lastly, if you are like me and have many pets in your household and worry about an excessive bill, please message me and we can see what we can work out for a rate. I hope we can work together soon! I can’t wait to treat your furbabies like my own. Message me today! *COVID19 - I am fully vaccinated and will wear a mask upon request. Note: My schedule is in flux this year, please ask me so I can see if I can accommodate your needs. I tend to book over a month in advance, so please don’t wait. I am also willing to work on short notice if I am available. Safety is my top priority. Please let me know of any medical conditions your pet may have. I only walk dogs with your permission. If your pet is not good around others, or has a risk of escape, I will modify the visit accordingly. I have worked with aggressive dogs/cats in the past; I don’t consider myself a trainer, just comfortable around them. In my home I have a fully fenced yard and fenced off pool pets cannot access. There are no young children in my home. A note from Cece in 2022 (about the not so fun business stuff) - Hello new pet parents! Thanks for checking out my profile. 🐶🐱 Please fully review my services, reviews and rates before asking for a booking. If you are new to Rover, please let me know and feel free to ask me questions before booking. Please understand that this is a business for me. Even with the rising cost of gas and inflation, I have been able to avoid raising my fees and I hope to continue to offer the same services. I credit this to my wonderful clients who are happy to pay for my skills, professionalism, and medical experience. I am blessed to have great pet parents that hire me regularly and tip me well! I have been able to choose the pet homes I want to work in. I am not the least expensive sitter on the site, nor am I the most expensive. Please review my (or any other sitter’s) rates and polices before deciding if I am a right fit for your furkids. I appreciate your trust in me and respecting my time. I am happy to discuss special pricing in extreme circumstances, but, no, I will not watch your puppy in my house (who chews and poos) for a couple dollars an hour. 🤪 I don’t double book clients so your pet can have the best experience possible. Like other sitters, I am happy to do a free meet and greet but these do take my personal time and money. Please don’t go forward with this step if your travel plans are not set. Please continue to communicate with us after messaging. Myself (and other sitters) would appreciate the professionalism to be able to continue to serve you and your furkids! Sorry to get all serious, there’s a reason I’ve added this. 🤦🏻♀️🐱 Thank you for reading! 😊

Camelot Village dog parents share their Rover experiences
Alyssa is such a sweetheart and has been such a lifesaver for me and my Sophie, one year old Shepherd mix. I moved to a new area and was starting a new job, and at the last minute was told I had to come into the office for the day. I reached out to many Rover Pet Sitter’s and decided to go with Alyssa as initially, she was super easy to work with and very communicative, and once we got to know her her and her boys, and her 2 dogs, they were all wonderful with Sophie. I will definitely be booking with her again and recommend her for anyone out there looking for a great Pet Sitter. Thanks again, Alyssa.! 🙏💕

Karli was incredibly kind and attentive with both me and my pup. My dog had a wonderful time playing with her dog, and I really appreciated the frequent updates and photos she sent throughout the day. It gave me peace of mind knowing my pup was in such caring hands!

Lyndsee was amazing and accommodated our request at the last minute. She gave picture updates and was very responsive throughout the time our little pup was with her. This was the first time our Zoey was staying with a “stranger” and she did very well!!! Thanks again Lyndsee!!!

Victoria has been watching our two young, energetic pups every week, and the occasional overnight for well over a year. Meeting Victoria changed our lives by giving us more freedom and incredible peace of mind when we can’t be at home with our pups. We tried several formal day cares in the area, before realizing that type of care just wasn’t the right choice for our family. Now we have a person that we not only trust, but our dogs look forward to seeing every week. Victoria has INCREDIBLE communication with us, and supports any and all needs we’ve had with our pups including giving medication, navigating separation anxiety, ensuring they get play time AND rest time. So- if you’re like us and you’d do anything to make sure your dogs live their best life on this earth- look no further.

Candice is an amazing dog sitter who took care of our dog Dusty for the day. She did a phenomenal job taking care of our senior dog who has his own special needs and she successfully handled his issues. She kept us updated throughout the day which reassured us that he was receiving exceptional care. She took him on walks and let her dog Izzy bond with him. Our dog has anxiety and she was able to keep him calm and engaged. Candice is one of the best dog sitters we have had and highly recommend her.
