“We were very pleased with Dianna. She kept in touch with us with pictures and texts showing How our dog was doing. She has a nice house with a big fenced yard and that was important to us especially since we have a big dog. :)”

“Robert was fantastic with my pups. I had concerns about my 14 year old boy with weak hips but he did so well with Robert taking care of him. Robert sent me pictures every day and gave me daily reports that gave me peace of mind while I was away. I recommend Robert for an excellent boarding experience.”

“Ainla was amazing!! It was our first time leaving our puppy overnight and she made us so comfortable. She sent so many updates and videos. Definitely will book again!”

“Andrea took such good care of Forrest! She is so sweet and attentive. I especially alpreciated that she kept me updated all weekend with photos and videos. You can tell her love for animals. Will be rebooking!”

“Ashley did a great job keeping my lil Luna. I didn’t receive many updates, but I was so busy that I didn’t notice. Luna came back happy and she had a few friends to play with, which she loves. I will use Ashley again in the future.”

“Yara and her family were so friendly and Oreo fit in well with her crew. She sent pics throughout the stay and kept us updated and was extremely responsive for dropoff and pickup.”

Can’t recommend her enough.”

“Franceska & Daniel were awesome sitters! They were very good at communicating and Chop took a liking to them very quick. I was very happy with knowing Chop always had company and not just in a cage, that left me comfort to continue to book with them especially because they treated chop as if he were their own and was just as happy caring for him.”

“Lisa was great! My dog Ricky is relaxed and looks like he enjoyed his weekend away. Lisa gave plenty of updates and was easy to communicate with. I would recommend her and will use her again.”

About: Hello! I currently have two rescues doggies, Cricket and Sunny, who are both amazing mixed breed dogs. Growing up I’ve had all different types of dogs with ages ranging from 3 weeks to 15 y/o. I have experience with both blind and deaf dogs, and can administer medicine with ease. I am currently studying exercise physiology at Florida state but have ample time for visits and play dates! Im more than happy to set up meet-and-greets with your animals to make sure I’m a good fit for your family as well as vice versa. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns! I’m currently a sophomore student at Florida State University! I only have one morning class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so I am free afterwards for any visits. In clients homes, I will always be very respectful and understand boundaries and client wishes. Primarily, I will be prioritizing the safety and happiness of the animal; however, I would love to learn any personal quirks and make sure they feel the utmost comfort with me.

I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, including seniors and those needing medications or extra care. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in great hands! 🐾❤️ I’m a stay at home mom at the moment, so I have all kinds of time to focus on your animals while you’re away. As well as being a mom to our teenage daughters, we also have 3 four legged boys of our own. We have a fenced in yard, and 3 fur babies of our own to keep your pet company. When your pet stays with me, they’ll be treated like part of the family—not just another booking. I provide a safe, loving, comfortable home environment with plenty of attention, affection, and care. I know leaving your pet can be stressful, so I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands.

About: I’ve been around dogs for many years and truly enjoy caring for them as if they were my own. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, administering simple medications, or simply providing companionship. I believe in keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in great hands. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, cared for, and loved from the moment they arrive. I primarily offer boarding on weekends, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to every pet in my care. During their stay, your dog will enjoy regular potty breaks, outdoor playtime, walks, and lots of love and companionship. I make it a priority to maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible and will provide photo and video updates so you can relax knowing they’re happy and well cared for. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a spacious yard where dogs can safely run, play, and burn off energy under my supervision. I also have two friendly, well-socialized dogs who enjoy meeting new friends. If your dog prefers their own space or follows a specific routine, I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs. I’ll treat your pet like family and ensure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, affection, fresh water, and a clean, comfortable place to rest.
“So glad to have found Kate! She took great care of my Yorkie while I was away. I can always tell when my baby girl had a good experience. She was playful and happy when she got home. Will definitely use her services again!”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Calvary home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Calvary.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Calvary sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
