About: I have had a pet in my home for 12 years. Taking care of the pets needs from potty training to needing baths are all within my capabilities. I want to be sure you have peace of mind about your pet whether you are away for multiple days or during your work day. I am currently a stay at home mom, so I have time to take care of your pet during the day as well as can board your pet during the week or weekend. I have a fenced in back yard and 2 small children who adore animals to help keep your pet occupied. I am able to help care for young and older pets who need more attention with potty breaks or strict eating schedules.

About: With over 16 years of experience in animal care, I bring a strong background in both small and large animals, including horses, livestock, and dogs. I’ve worked in veterinary clinics and dog boarding facilities, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of all temperaments and needs. While I value the structure of those settings, I believe in-home care is the most comfortable and stress-free option for most pets. I currently care for two dogs and two horses of my own, and I approach every client’s animal with the same level of respect, patience, and attentiveness I give my own. House Sitting Availability: I’m available for overnight care only, providing feeding, walks, and supervision during the night hours. Drop-In Visits Availability: I can provide up to two drop-in visits per day, including feeding, potty breaks, and basic care. In home boarding : I live in an apartment with a fenced deck, have two friendly dogs, and kids aged 3 and 8. I provide plenty of walks, playtime, and attention. I never board more than one family at a time, so your pup gets all the care and attention they need while you’re away. I prioritize safety and trust above all else when caring for pets in your home. Creating a calm, secure environment is essential to help your pets feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. I treat your home and pets with the same respect and care I would expect for my own!

About: Growing up, I always had several dogs in my home, and have even adopted two of my own. Over the years I’ve gained a lot of experience working with hundreds of animals with a wide range of breeds and pets of all ages and sizes. I have experience taking care of dogs anywhere from feeding to walking to playing (etc) for any age range and any size. As mentioned in the title, I have experience working at Birmingham’s local Humane Society and in that time learned a lot about animal behavior. This will help me ensure an animal’s comfort level, safety and trust during my time caring for them. I believe the key to taking care of animals is showing them genuine love and patience. I love animals and do this work to make some money on the side, but also because it brings me so much joy! All pets are considered family, so it’s guaranteed to treat them as such. Your pet’s happiness and safety are top priority so I aim to create a fun and stress free environment for everyone. I’m currently working side hustle jobs that give me the benefit of working with a very flexible schedule. Whatever your needs will be for me to properly care for for animals will be easily catered to during my time caring for your pet/pets. During my stay at a client’s home, I will be able to cater to the pet’s regular routine. I also am comfortable and experienced giving dogs medication if they are on a vet prescribed medicine. I am happy to discuss any needs of the household and go over any expectations of my tile in your space.

About: Since I was a child, I have adored animals and cared for dogs of all breeds. During my upbringing, our home was always filled with four or five dogs. I have extensive experience in daily care tasks, including feeding, walking, grooming, administering medication, and delivering basic first aid. Your dog will be a welcome addition to our family and will always be treated with the utmost respect and highest quality care. My husband Jeff will also be around the house and help me when needed to your pet will never be alone or without care. As a stay-at-home mom, I have lots of time to spend with your dogs! My schedule is very flexible, and we’re available for boarding any time, day or night. One of the reasons that we chose to offer pet boarding is because our friends and family who have stayed here with their pets always mention that we have the perfect setup for it. Our home is on a 6-acre mini farm, including a full acre of fenced yard for your pets to explore safely. Inside, we have a finished basement room with roughly 500 square feet of space where your pets can relax and play when they're not outdoors. At the moment, we don’t have any pets or farm animals of our own, so your pets will get our undivided attention and you won’t have to worry about them interacting with other animals. Our family loves animals, and we would be thrilled to care for your pets and make sure they have a great stay!

“We were planning to leave our pups in a large kennel outside because we were only taking a day trip. Last minute, I feel that it is going to be too cold for me to be comfortable leaving them outside. David agreed to take them last minute, easing my concerns. We felt our pups were well cared for during their time with David. He kept us updated on them settling in. He sent us a video of our pups outside, behaving as they would if they were home. All of David's interactions with us during their stay allowed us to enjoy time with our family without concern. I work any time of the day. I am available any day that fits your schedule of the week. About: I've worked with hundreds of dogs over the past 10 years. I specialize in behavioral rehabilitation so i work a lot with rescues and shelters to improve their chances of adoption. I have been professionally training for over five years and have impressive results, especially with potty and kennel training! I have great experience with senior pups and pups with disabilities. I have never turned away a dog from receiving care from me, no matter their problems! My schedule is centered around my pups. I am here with them full time except when i have to leave to do daily walks or check ins! Pups go on one 30 minute walk daily and have unlimited playtime in the fenced yard. if you'd like to add more than one walk let me know!
