About: I’ve been caring for pets of my own for about 20 years, and have recently started caring for other friends pets. About: I have worked in the animal care industry since I was 14 years old. I grew up with my mother whom bred and showed various different breeds of dogs as well as we kept a small mixed livestock farm. I have worked as an equine manager, I have worked at TSC, and currently am employed at a veterinary clinic where I was originally working with boarders. My skills include basic training, basic grooming, administering preventatives and medication (including insulin), providing effective and safe restraint, and I have taken multiple educational courses on animal welfare, behavior, and stress-free approach to handling. I work full time, but only mid day so I am more than capable of doing morning and afternoon visits as well as mid day on the weekends. I take care of animals the same way I would want to be cared for: with patience, kindness and love but above all safely. Working at a veterinary clinic I have learned a great amount about safe animal care (including with reactive animals).

I am a stay at home dog and cat mom and military spouse, I have time during the week to spend time taking care of your furry friends! I am available pretty much around the clock! I am willing to take care of your pets at your home if that will prevent stress from your animals. However I am not opposed to having your pets at my husbands and I’s apartment, when we care for animals in our home space, our animals are usually crated while the guest animals are out unless given the okay by the owner— from there we slowly introduce our pets to yours, but only if granted. We have a camera outside our front door as well as one in our living room where we house our own dogs for security and safety of our animals and home.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
