About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently have a 4 year old Black Lab named Bear, and before him I had Coco, a Black Lab/Golden Retriever mix who was part of my family for 7 wonderful years (adopted at 8 and had her until the Rainbow Bridge). Caring for dogs through every stage of life has given me experience with everything from energetic young dogs to senior pets with changing needs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve pet sat for friends and neighbors while they’ve been away on vacation, providing dependable care, exercise, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe and well cared for when you’re away. I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide attentive care throughout the day. I joined Rover because I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and would love to help give pet owners peace of mind while they’re away. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, or just relaxing with good company, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m already used to planning my day around walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and giving my own dog the attention he needs, so adding another furry friend is something I truly enjoy. Because I’m home for most of the day, pets won’t be left alone for long periods and can receive plenty of attention, companionship, and bathroom breaks. I also enjoy being active, so walks and outdoor time are a regular part of my routine. Whether your pet needs lots of play or prefers a quieter, relaxed environment, I’m happy to match their routine and make them feel as comfortable as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a friendly 4-year-old Black Lab, Bear, who has a gentle temperament and no history of aggression. He enjoys meeting other dogs and has always done well with them, but I’ll always prioritize slow, safe introductions based on each dog’s comfort level. I also have two children who have grown up around animals and understand that pets deserve respect, space, and gentle interactions. They know not to disturb dogs while they’re eating, sleeping, or if they want time to themselves. Any interactions with your pet will always be supervised. I believe every pet is unique, so I’ll follow your instructions closely to help maintain their normal routine and make them feel safe and at home. I’ll treat your pet with the same care, patience, and attention that I give my own.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have hosted over 30 foster dogs for our local Humane Society. Some of our foster mamas have even given birth to their puppies at our home. I currently have a wonderful golden retriever, Mya, who is always happy to meet new friends. Mya and I enjoy hiking, camping, and spending as much time outside as possible. I have a horse (not on the property) and have had a variety of pets over the years including rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, chickens and sheep. I have a passion for animals and take pride in providing them with the best care possible. I can’t wait to meet your furry family members! I am currently home full-time so your pet will never be left alone overnight or for long periods of time. Frequent potty breaks, walks and playtime are always readily available. Please note: Monday-Thursday drop off & pick up must be scheduled between 5:30-7:30pm. Friday-Sunday pick up & drop off times are flexible. I have a large indoor play area so they can burn off energy no matter the weather. My Golden, Mya, makes an excellent welcoming comity and she is always thrilled to meet new friends. I can easily crate your pet if needed. We are located on a quiet street with a culdesac, perfect for safe walks. We have 2 acres for your babies to play. If pet parents are comfortable with field trips, our guests are welcome to join us for walks at local parks. Guaranteed they will go home happy and tired!

About: I have grown up with dogs and many other pets since birth. We used to raise dogs, now we have two medium sized dogs. I love animals and I hope to have a career where I can continue that passion. Just graduated from high school May 2025, and I have a schedule allowing me to be able to continue caring for animals and to continue this passion of mine! I have two medium family dogs and they are very important, special members of the family. I treat every single pet with care and respect.

About: I strive to provide the care and professionalism that I need and expect to be provided to my own pets. Dogs are wonderful creatures that deserve proper love and attention integrated into their family life. I have experience with successful training of my own dog's basic obedience skills (sit, stay, heel, eat, touch, shake, etc). Have taken care of many other dogs, reptiles, and fish for people in my life. I am especially interested in helping reactive dogs or dogs with behavioral issues. I work freelance so I set my own schedule for the most part. Completely flexible for clients needs. A few weeks of the year I'm booked for longer gigs but that is easily identifiable up front for potential clients. Care for clients is completely dependent on their needs and comforts. I will always defer to the client for what is needed for them and their environment. Open and honest communication is the foundation for care and comfortability.

About: I have taken care of pets for 8 years as if they are my own and that is how I will treat your furry family member too. I do currently work full time, so care is best in the evenings or weekends. Overnight care and play dates drop ins can also be best on weekends and evenings. I will care for pets in your home under your direction, and will not sway from it. I will be sure of you are gone your furry family member’s schedule stays as consistent as possible.

About: I bring two years of vet tech schooling and a genuine love for dogs and cats, offering safe, attentive, knowledgeable care that keeps every pet relaxed and happy. I'm currently working part time so I have lots of free time to care for your furry loved ones. My availability is pretty flexible for the summer :) I have a fenced in yard and 1 dog who is friendly and crate trained. I’m attentive to noise, stimulation, and comfort, especially for pets who may be anxious in new environments.

About me: I have taken care of cats all my life, and when it comes to dogs I've babysat more than I can count. I love them all. I can handle gentle types. Even loud ones. I love to talk personally with the animals and just be with them. :) This is my primary job for now, so I would be available whenever YOU want. I also love and have my 3 lovely cats on a daily basis. My love for animals started when I was young, walking dogs for neighbors and friends, and it quickly grew into a lifelong passion. As I got older, I volunteered at my local humane society and have continued providing trusted pet care for pets ever since. I have extensive experience working with dogs of all temperaments, including reactive dogs, dogs with separation anxiety, and dogs who may show aggressive behaviors. I’m patient, attentive, and always focused on creating a calm, safe, and positive environment for every dog in my care. In addition, I have experience with housebreaking as well as basic obedience training, and I’m happy to help reinforce routines and good habits during your pet’s stay. I have experience with house breaking and basic obedience training. I work part time from home which gives me a lot of flexibility to do what I’m most passionate about which is taking care of animals!

About: There is no one like the Nystrom’s, just ask your dog! Our family has multiple experienced caretaker to keep tabs of your furry friends at all times of the day. With permission we will bake dog treats, spoil, and love your pets unconditionally! As we have pets of our own, we can easily and happily incorporate your pets into our daily routine. There is typically someone at home all of the time! We have a room dedicated to dogs in our home including food, water, toys, bedding, and grooming supplies. Our home has a fenced in yard and is away from neighbors. We are ready to accommodate to your needs!

About: I have 2 kittens of my own, and I have grown up with dogs my whole life! I’ve also dog sat and walked for my family for a few years. I currently work full time 3 days a week and part time the other two. My schedule is completely flexible at the moment! Just let me know and we’ll make something work! :) I’m dependable, respectful, and trustworthy. I have experience and I make sure all the animals are walked, fed, played with, loved on, and given all the pettings!

About: I have been exposed to dogs and cats for my whole life. I have taken care of many family's animals such as walks, feeding, play time, and bathing . I currently am working part time so I have lots of free time. The time I am available kind of just depends on the time of the year/week. I have a big open yard and I very friendly lab that loves play time with others, although can also be caged if needed. I am very open to any services that are needed.

About: Guaranteeing love, attention, and compassion when you need to step away from home regardless for length of time or reason. I am highly dedicated to my families and their furry family members. I add a touch of difference with the care I provide to all of the animals I work with in that I treat each one individually and never work in a "cookie cutter" approach. I started working with and training animals (horses and dogs) at the age of fifteen. Throughout the years, my interest and passion with animals grew, as well as my experience. I currently have two dogs, a german shepherd and a very entertaining rescue mix. With my german shepherd, we are a K9 team with a search and rescue organization where we are called upon by law enforcement only for people who go lost or missing throught the upper Midwest. I still currently train dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments, in addition to training service dogs through an individually owned local business. Due to my long-term experience, I am able to adapt to your pets' individual needs with age, both young and old. I am trained in pet first-aid and CPR, and I am comfortable with any prescribed medical care needs you may have necessary for them. I truly enjoy building a sincere bond and connection with each family I encounter so that when they step away, they can feel at ease and enjoy their time without distress or worry. Topnotch care is my priority! I have decided after many years of working in the financial industry and family care industries, that my remaining years, I want to follow what was my childhood dream.
