About: I am a lifetime animal lover who has cared for many dogs and my wonderful son Totoro (a senior rescue kitty). I am now a Veterinary Hospital Assistant starting my career. I would love to meet your pets and provide anything you need! I hope to build a relationship of trust with owners that require regular dog walking service. I am currently working as well as attending school. I can provide walks any day or the week, reach out to schedule a time that works for both of us! I will discuss the route that I intend to walk and ensure you are comfortable with the environment (ie city or park). I also strongly recommend the use of a harness during the walk and will provide one if needed. I have dog sat for many family/friends because of the care they have seen I can provide them with. Animals are my passion in life. I have had my dog since he was 10 weeks old, and I’ve trained him to be obedient, learn tricks, and be well behaved around children as well as other animals. I take him on leashed walks daily, along with frequent potty breaks, ensuring plenty of outdoor time. We also visit nearby fields where Joey can run and play freely. Joey is incredibly loving and friendly, providing great companionship for your pup. He feels most comfortable in his crate if we leave, but if your dog prefers to roam, I’m happy to accommodate their needs to ensure they feel at home!

About: I have a dog whom is deaf and has hip dysplasia I do my best to provide the care she needs. She is still young so is active and love to play out in the yard. The only things that are on my schedule is a few hours on Tuesday nights and a few hours on Sunday mornings so having such an open and flexible schedule really allows me to help give the care pet owners need when coming to pet sitting. When it comes to pet sitting, it is best to follow the instructions given from the owner and to give them updates so they have that reassurance and to make sure that the pet is as stress-free as possible because of them being without their honour is just a stressful for them sometimes.

About: I have owned dogs and cats for most of my life. I have let sat for friends and family members on many occasions. I am responsible, knowledgeable, and a sucker for a cute animal. I am a teacher currently looking for casual summer employment. I am off of work and so I have plenty of time to spend with you pet! I have a large fenced yard as well as a dog and two cats. About: From taking care of my own, to taking care of others, I have many years of experience with all type of animals, breeds of dogs, and sassy cats. About: I am a clean, responsible, non-smoking and respectful house sitter. I love all animals and I love being outdoors, so walking dogs is a bonus for me. An adventurer for sure, I seek out new cultures and experiences for self-growth and awareness and I have a passionate interest in people and creating community. I had been house and pet sitting on Vancouver Island and Hornby Island for a few years, followed by Alberta (Bragg Creek, Calgary, Foothills, Diamond Valley). Currently, I am in West Kelowna to be closer to my grandbabes. I am available for check-ins and dog walking near wherever I am currently housesitting. I also LOVE horses and other farm animals and would be willing to help with those too. Prices vary depending on length of stay (if any), chores to do and number of animals. I have pet sat and cared for homes which housed both the canine and feline pets, plus farms with chickens, as well I have had my own fur babies throughout my life. And though I have not had extensive experience with farm animals, I did live on a farm as a youth. Thus I mucked out plenty of stalls, brushed horses and spent time dodging our billy goat! A bit about me: I’m a meditator and Reiki practitioner, intuitive healer and dancer, and eat a mostly plant-based diet. I used to work in the mental health field, I have owned my own small cafe, and I have taught overseas. I teach dance and use to have a mobile business distributing the natural products. I know my way around a wood stove, a water pump, water softeners and a snow shovel. I enjoy both natural, rural settings and love to jump into city life for short stints once in a well, though nature is where my heart is. I also use only safe natural (or DIY) cleaning and body products, thus if I am house sitting for you, your home will be clear, clean and safe on your return. I have a chemical sensitivity (fragrances in air fresheners, detergents, cleaners, perfumes, and body products, etc) so must be assured there are no strong scents if house sitting. Smoke-free homes only please.:) Importantly, I have a small dog, "Angel", who travels around with me sometimes (featured in the photo). She loves other animals and really does live up to her name, and my friends call her the "Cat Whisperer". Cats who are dog-leary soon take to Angel like she is just a friendly cat. :) Saying that, she is now elderly, deaf and mostly blind. She doesn't bark or chase and spends most of her days and nights sleeping in her bed/pen (she stays with my daughter sometimes also). About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life. I’ve had a Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier, Lhasa Apso, Yellow Lab and Boston Terrier/Pug cross. My yellow lab and I did obedience training and she was top of class! I’ve cared for dogs from puppy on up my whole life and can’t wait to show your dog all the fun we can have! My neighbourhood is FULL of walking trails and space to run! I work from home so I’m very flexible. I’m available week days and weekends and open to pretty much any time as long as I have a little bit of notice.
