About: I have over 25 years caring for my own dogs and have always treated them like my children. I have one Golden Retriever, 9 years old, who absolutely loves being outside (unfortunately even in -30), so that means I spend a lot of my time outside exercising her. We also don't mind a good cuddle session and designating some time to training and grooming everyday. I am very experienced in the outdoors and I love hiking and any other activity I can bring my dog along with me. I am an avid trail runner and I live right next to an amazing trail network. I have a sizeable truck that can accommodate dogs inside for transport to and from these activities. I work from home and run my own business which slows right down in the winter time so I am looking to fill my days with dog-friendly activities. Depending on the dog's energy level, we can either go for slow walks around the quiet neighbourhood in between couch cuddles in the house or we can go burn some energy at the local cross country ski trails. I have a big yard and a big sectional couch - both very dog friendly. My dog is excellent with other dogs, she knows when to engage in play or when to leave them alone. If she doesn't want to play, she will put herself to bed in her bedroom.

About: Hi, I’m Krystle! I’m a lifelong animal lover in my late 30s, and my passion for pets started early—I brought home my first cat at age 4 and was the kid always rescuing strays and helping them find loving homes (thanks, Mom!). While I adore all animals, I keep a dog only home. However, I’m happy to care for your feline friends in your home. I share my life with Miss Millie, my sweet and sassy 10-year-old Lab mix. She’s friendly with other dogs but enjoys doing her own thing. Here’s what I offer: Walks—long or short, I’m game! Off-leash park adventures (if your pup is ready for it) Basic training (sit, paw, roll over) Light grooming In-home sitting (yours or mine) Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! 🐾 Happy paws! I work regular office hours Monday to Friday but have flexibility during the day. I’m able to come home over lunch for check-ins and walks, and occasionally work from home. I'm fully available on weekends and holidays. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I do have a large open yard with plenty of space to roam (on leash, or off leash under my watch). I also live within walking distance of the greenbelt, making it easy to take your pup for on- or off-leash adventures in nature.

About: I have grown up with dogs who have had a variety of behavioural and medical needs. This includes senior care, raw diets and multi-step meals, gentle training reminders/refreshers and medical conditions like epilepsy. I tend to approach most animals with calm and level body language and vocal tone. I geniunely want nothing but the best for my loved animals and will provide the same for others! I strongly believe that each owner knows their pet the best and I am more than happy to uphold instructions or directions in order to provide routine and comfort. I currently work Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4:15 PM and can accomodate check in's or walks on afternoons during the week. I am available all day Friday through Sunday and can provide full pet care. I can easily crate your dog if needed/instructed to do so. I will be attentive to behavioural changes and ques. I do have a backyard but it is not fenced. I also live quite close to a walking trails and enjoy spending long periods of time there. I am comfortable walking on leash and off. I currently don't live with any pets, so yours would be my primary focus.

Both the house and the dog were cleaner than how when we left them:). She communicated well with us before and during the job sending lots of pictures of their walks/hikes together. I could tell our dog enjoyed her company as when Rebecca departed our dog sat at the door just waiting for her to come back. We highly recommend Rebecca and will use her service again.”

About: I’ve had various pets throughout my life and am quite often asked to pet sit for friends and family (sometimes as long as for three weeks at a time). I don’t currently have any pets so would love to spend time with yours 💕 I work full time but can work from home on days when I’m needed as a pet sitter to take the pets for walks and bathroom breaks, as well as for general companionship and cuddles. I’m also entirely free on evenings and weekends. I don’t have any other pets in the home so dynamics with others animals isn’t an issue. We don’t have a backyard but live in a very pet friendly neighborhood for walking, and also within walking distance to a dog park. We also have an enclosed patio for animals to sit on if that’s part of their typical routine (which would only be with my supervision).

About: Been living with dogs and cats my whole life and love caring for them. Love taking care of friends dog while I wait for the right moment in my life to have my own. I am working mostly nights so I have time during the day to take care of your pet any day of the week around town. I can care for your pet either at your place or maybe at mine depending on my roommates dog. I have a yard and live by one mile lake.
