“Alise was quick to respond to my last-minute request and took loving care of my dog the following day. She was easy to communicate with and kept in touch, including sharing photos of my dog at the park. Alise then went above and beyond by giving me great advice on places to go while I was in town. I highly recommend her!”

“Tamara was amazing! She was sending pictures of my dogs every day without me asking for them which I really appreciated. She’s the sweetest. Her and her partner left the house clean and tidy. I would have them again at home anytime!”

About: I grew up in a family that bred golden retrievers. My peripatetic lifestyle at the moment means I can’t have a dog of my own, so let me be your pooches new best friend! I’m in revelstoke until April and looking forward to hearing from you. I am a freelance consultant so pet care works quite well with my flexible schedule. I also like going for walks but they are so much more enjoyable in the company of a dog. So many nice areas to explore around here! My yard is not fenced but I live between the train track and the highway which is a nice, quiet and low traffic neighbourhood with many nice dogs.
About: Hi there, I’m Lauren. In short, I’m responsible, reliable, caring & I love dogs. I have always been the first to volunteer to take care of my friend’s and family’s dogs - I have over 5 years experience with multiple great references. Unfortunately I’m unable to have my own pet at the moment as I’m on a working visa from Australia, but it’s the first thing I’ll do when I’m home. My old housemate in Canmore has a tiny dog named Ren (see photos). Ren and I were besties and I frequently walked him and took care of him. I also dog sit and walk Tilly for a lovely local family. She’s the bigger dog in my photos and safe to say we’re besties as well! I work mostly nights in a local restaurant, so I am available most days for walks and other care needed. I am also very open to dog sitting. I am able to come dog sit in other people’s homes and backyards and take them for walks, however the owner of my current rental does not approve of dogs.
About: Hey Future Furry friends ! My name is Emily and I live downtown Revelstoke and I’m super pumped to be able to watch your pet while you’re away. I work from home so I have plenty of time to hang out with your pup! I am an outdoor, active and bubbly person and i promise to treat your pet like mine ! I work from home so I’m very available ! I only have a few meetings and then can go on an adventure with the pup! I pay a lot of attention and will provide a great friendly environment for your pup. Unfortunately we do not have a fenced yard at this point, but I will take them around for walks to stay active and healthy
About: Been living with dogs and cats my whole life and love caring for them. Love taking care of friends dog while I wait for the right moment in my life to have my own. At the minute I work for Parks Canada 4 days on three days off. I have time before work and after for long walks and care and anytime during my days off. I love to take care of my dogs friend with walk on check-ins. I cant have a dog at my place as per the landlords demand but can accommodate if need be.
“Amanda was very lovely, professional and responsive! Our boys were left in good hands, and we felt at ease with Amanda house sitting the boys in our home. She sent updates and photos and we came home to two tired dogs after the long weekend as she got them out for lots of walks! Will definitely be using Amanda again!”

About: I have over 25 years caring for my own dogs and have always treated them like my children. I have one Golden Retriever, 10 years old, who absolutely loves being outside (unfortunately even in -30), so that means I spend a lot of my time outside exercising her. We also don't mind a good cuddle session and designating some time to training and grooming everyday. I am very experienced in the outdoors and I love hiking and any other activity I can bring my dog along with me. I am an avid trail runner and I live right next to an amazing trail network. I have a sizeable truck that can accommodate dogs inside for transport to and from these activities. I work from home and run my own business which slows right down in the winter time so I am looking to fill my days with dog-friendly activities. Depending on the dog's energy level, we can either go for slow walks around the quiet neighbourhood in between couch cuddles in the house or we can go burn some energy at the local cross country ski trails. I have a big yard and a big sectional couch - both very dog friendly. My dog is excellent with other dogs, she knows when to engage in play or when to leave them alone. If she doesn't want to play, she will put herself to bed in her bedroom.
About: I'm a lover of all animals. I've grown up in a dog household and have taken care of cats, dogs and rabbits. I've also worked with monkeys in their rehabilitation. I work part time in a cafe in town and live a fairly active lifestyle. I'm flexible with house sitting or hosting pets in our home. I provide personalized care based on each pet’s unique needs and routine. Whether in my home or the client’s, I aim to create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. In my home, pets are treated like famiy. We have a large backyard for them to enjoy, always with supervision. I maintain a consistent feeding and exercise schedule and provide a calm, clean space for rest. When caring for pets in the another home, I follow their established routines and keep a tidy environment. My priority is always the pet’s wellbeing, safety, and happiness! I know it's sometimes hard to be away from your fury family so I'm always happy to keep you updated with photos or videos :)
About: Hey there! I'm Hannah and I love dogs! I grew up with rambunctious Airedale terriers, and now I have two amazing husky mixes, Pippa and Bruce! My dogs have given me a wide range of experience. Pippa is high energy and needs lots of trail runs and activity to keep her happy. Bruce is more mellow, but as a senior dog and an older rescue, has some more specific needs. I'm looking forward to using my skills to care for your furry friend. I'm currently on a sabbatical from work, so have a flexible schedule to care for your pup! I'm frequently going on trail runs and hikes, so can take your dog along if that's their speed. If not, we can hang out at home and go for some nice walks around town and down to the Green Belt. I will make sure to learn your dog's routine and what makes them happy so the housesitting experience goes as smoothly as possible. As a dog owner who has had Rover sitters stay in my home, I understand the importance of trusting your sitter and will be a reliable partner in your dog's care.
