About: Hi! I’m Eva, and I’ve been caring for pets since I was 12, looking after friends’, neighbors’, and family pets. I’ve volunteered at the Revelstoke Animal Shelter and worked at the local vet, gaining experience with pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I also have experience in some grooming and experince giving pets medications. About: I grew up with dogs and watch my friends dogs around BC. Also have been taking care of special need dogs and training them. I'd love to have my own animal but want to be certain first about my stay in Canada (fighting for residency) I love going for walks, either around the block or more extensive long hikes. So many trails to explore! Being around animals makes my day a fabulous day. I have the house to myself. They're allowed in every room in my house and I'll be with them when going outside. A lot of attention and long walks or just an occasional pet on the head I can do both.

I know how busy life can get with pets, so let me help you out by taking care of your furry friends. Ive got a flexible routine as I work 6-7 hours per day as an Acupuncturist. Between myself and my partner we are home often, making us a great option for pet sitting. When I’m not working I love getting out for walks & swims. I have a large fenced yard which is perfect for playing. I don’t have any other animals in my home so the place is open to your pets. I have a XL dog crate for dogs that are crate trained, slow feeding bowls, enrichment games and a bunch of toys to keep your dog occupied. I live in a quiet area of town, close to a great walking trail and swimming spot if that’s something your pet likes to do.

About: I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs, and now I share my life with two energetic Border Collies who join me in many adventure! I’m also a regular dog-sitter for friends' pets, welcoming them into my home. In the past, I supervised a tree planting camp in BC; one of my tasks became taking care of dogs that needed special attention — whether that meant keeping them safe from the field (mosquitoes!) or taking them to the vet when their owners was working. I’m a dog lover and I always ensure every pup gets the care and comfort they deserve! I work 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. My daily routine includes a 30-minute morning walk, an hour-long lunchtime stroll, and 1 to 2 hours of playtime in the evening. On weekends, I enjoy activities where I can bring my dogs along! When I take dogs on a walk, their safety and comfort are my top priorities. If your dog has specific preferences, like walking at a slower pace or avoiding certain areas, I’ll make sure to accommodate them. The walk is not just about exercise—it's a time for them to have fun, explore, and enjoy the outdoors in a relaxed, positive environment!

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs, from puppies to seniors. I love dogs and currently have no pets, so I’d love to look after yours! I’m happy to chat or do a video call so you can relax and enjoy your holiday knowing your dog is being cared for in a cozy, comfortable home. My 18 year old daughter and I will give plenty of love and cuddles to your dog, walks, and any special care needed. I have dog bowls, leashes, a few toys and dog beds. I work from home which is convenient for me caring for dogs. We would go on walks around the neighbourhood, or the greenbelt, on leash. I'm experienced in giving dogs medication if required. I have a fenced yard and supervise dogs while they're out having a break in the backyard. I have a crate available if that’s best for your pet when I go out for a short time. I would always leash your dog while on a walk.

A little bit about us: Amelia: I am a 28 year old nurse and midwife in Australia, currently working in disability while in Canada. I have 8+ years of house/pet sitting experience. I have grown up with dogs of my own, and understand the attention needs and responsibilities that come with caring for animals. I have a passion for healthy living and exploring the world. I love outdoor activities including hiking, surfing and snowboarding as well as cozy days at home reading, yoga and cooking. Victor: I am an easy-going and responsible 31 year old carpenter who has grown up on a farm in Sweden with a range of animals including cats, horses, sheep and chickens. I enjoy spending time outdoors mountain biking, skating, surfing and snowboarding, as well as cuddling up with my cats of the couch. I am comfortable to use my handyman experience in circumstances where issues may arise in the home. We have both lived in a dog household and have had lots of experience dog sitting in Australia and Canada. About: I have had dogs and cats as pets my whole life, as a small child and also myself as an adult. I love both dogs and cats and love how different they are! I also have cared for family and friends pets as well while they have been away for short and long amounts of time. I love animals and enjoy spending time with them, playing and being with them and of course lots of cuddles and pats. I have experience with senior cats and dogs and giving medications. I also have experience with puppy training. I currently work part time in a casual job so am very flexible and would love to work into your schedule, whether that be regular care or just when randomly needed! My partner and I are home every night. Unfortunately I live in an apartment and do not have a backyard, however live central to town and always up for walking or visits to your home.
