About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have hands-on experience caring for puppies and adult dogs, including feeding, walking, playtime, and basic routine care. I’m attentive, patient, and make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and comfortable while in my care. I treat pets like family and always follow owners’ instructions closely. I work part-time as a Pilates instructor, which gives me a very flexible schedule and lots of free time for pet care. I’m available during weekdays, evenings, and most weekends, and I can easily adjust my schedule to fit walks, drop-ins, or longer stays. I prioritize safety, trust, and consistency in every home. I follow each pet’s routine closely, keep environments clean and secure, and provide attentive supervision, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I always respect my client’s home and instructions.

About: Animals are wonderful beings! They have a way of reminding us to slow down, be present and get outside. *Offering pet care in your home, I'm not available to host pets atm. Having been without pets for quite a number of years, I am missing their presence in my life. I grew up with poodles, springer spaniels and terriers. I had two cats of my own (Ruth and Monica) for 17 yrs and loved them dearly. I live in the Comox Valley, so Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Campbell River and nearby communities work well. I love having access to nature (forest hikes and lakes and the ocean.) I'm a devoted, reliable, dedicated animal lover and I take pride in doing any project to the best of my ability. I have a care-giver background, having worked in dental health and as a yoga teacher for many years. I have a solid green-thumb and can tend to some garden care. I love building connections with people & animals. I am 'trauma-informed' and am familiar with 'Force Free' training principles. I'm comfortable with older pets and giving some meds as needed also. I really appreciate dogs with some formal training and can take care of dogs up to 70 pounds. I've recently received a refresher with chicken coop care. Breaks for 'play' time are great for pets and for humans too! About: I got my family dog at the age of 6 and had her for 15 years. I trained her myself. I miss her every day. I can't have a dog in the apartment that I am renting now. I have 2 cats that I love with all my heart. I've tried walking them but they are uninterested in it, we just wander and sit around on leash instead. With the colder and darker months approaching, I'd like to spend more time outside and the best way for me to do that would be with a dog! I work from home from 7am-3pm Monday-Friday. My schedule is pretty flexible. As long as there is wifi, I can work from there. Otherwise I am available on my lunch break or after work. While walking your dog, I will do my due diligence in keeping them tied up, cleaning up after them and making sure we cross roads safely. My phone time would be limited (unless taking photos of them). I will treat your dog how I would want someone to treat my cats (lots of love, patience and care).

About: I have been walking dogs and pet sitting since I was 10 years old. I will be your dog's best friend whether it's for a daily or weekly walk or a weekend sleepover. I have raised two dogs from 8 weeks old that are impeccably obedient. I have cared for senior dogs, dogs with medical or dietary restrictions, small and big. I am here to cater to their favorite activities whether it be walking swimming or trail walks we are up for it all. I am a free lance bookkeeper and accountant that works from home. My day is scheduled around my animals and yours. Depending on the day I incorporate multiple dog walks and outdoor time throughout the day. I care for pets as if they are my own by maintaining all obedience rules of the family first. If obedience or crate training isn't a priority of yours then I can help to provide good habits that your pet can take home with them.

About: I am a qualified, certified Animal Care Aid. I am a graduate from North Island college’s program and work in the veterinary industry. I specialize in all animal care, and know all basic veterinary treatments, medications, and first aid. Please contact me directly for dates and availability.
