House Sitting Lake Louise

About: I grew up with dogs that my mom trained as St. John Ambulance care animals, so I am well-versed on everything dog training and I am confident with all dogs. These days, I'm a self-professed cat lover who has two at home! I'm currently working from home, so I can take frequent breaks to feed and play with the cats, or feed and take your dog on walks throughout the day. I live in a townhouse with a fenced back yard, so any dog staying with me will be able to play happily outside when they want to. Otherwise, I love taking dogs on walks, I am big on obedience training, so dogs staying with me will quickly adjust to a firm but loving environment. My two cats are declawed (from previous owners) so they won't cause any harm to visiting furr-friends. They are comfortable with dogs as long as the dogs leave them their space. I’m currently working from home full-time and have the flexibility to do so from anywhere. I live in Lake Louise but I am happy to provide my services in Canmore, Banff, Golden area. I have a flexible schedule that can easily adapt to your pet’s needs. I have the flexibility to adapt to your pet’s needs and schedule. I’m able to take breaks throughout the day to tend to your animal’s needs including dog walks.

About: I’m Nikola, and becoming a veterinarian was my childhood dream that I was lucky enough to make come true. I have experience working in a veterinary clinic (including emergency care). Animals have always been a big part of my life, and pet sitting is a wonderful way for me to stay connected with them while travelling. My veterinary experience helps me notice changes in behaviour or health and provide safe care for pets with different needs and at different stages of life. My partner Martin is a very caring and patient person who truly loves animals. He enjoys spending time with them, playing, building trust, and making sure they feel comfortable and happy. We treat every pet as an individual and care for them with the same love and attention we would give our own. During our travels, we have looked after pets in different places, and many of the pets and their owners became friends we are still in touch with today. We are usually very flexible during the day and throughout the week and we can adjust our schedule to the needs of each pet. As we are currently travelling through Canada, we update our location as we move and accept bookings in the areas where we are staying. We mainly provide overnight pet sitting in the owner’s home and daytime care such as walks or drop-in visits. Every pet has different needs, routines and preferences, so we always follow the owner’s instructions and adapt our care accordingly.

About: I grew up with animals and have always loved having them around - I am an empathetic person who is very sensitive to animals needs. They bring great joy into our lives and I believe in return we owe them the best care possible. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I can work around your animals needs, give them as much exercise as needed, and be with them so they don't feel as stressed out being separated from you. I have an "adventure mobile" I am not afraid to get dirty and love taking dogs out for hikes and river adventures if they are up for that.
