2. Georgia W.
About: I’ve had dogs in my house for over 10 years, as well as cats. I’m a big animal person and I also have experience on farms and with horses. I have a fairly flexible work schedule depending on the week, and I am available all evenings and most mornings, as well as on weekends. I treat all pets as if they were my own and respect clients' requests and needs for their pets. If I’m unsure of a situation I’d much rather ask the owner than assume! I also am happy to send daily updates and photos of your pets throughout my stay.
3. Kat H.
“Kat was wonderful, and my dog loved her from the moment she knocked on the door. I certainly lucked out finding Kat and would love to have you walk Tofu again. 🙂”
4. Sue K.
“I’ve seen Sue strap on snowshoes to walk the dog because the snow was so high. In a word dedicated. I know she spoils my pets-they love her.”

7. Jaclyn M.
About: I have had the pleasure of having dogs of all ages a part of my family. As a teen, I took part in training my family’s two golden doodles at the ages. Recently I welcomed my first dog of my own to the family this past fall. My now 6 month old golden retriever is developing to an obedient, playful and energetic teenager. I hope you give me the please of providing the same care to your babies! I do live a busy lifestyle, and currently am working rotational shift work. Unfortunately that means I’m not the best fit for a typical Monday-Friday. However I have the advantage of several consecutive days away from work in a row. If you have any specific dates you’re looking for a sitter, dog walking, or playdates with my golden please do not hesitate to reach out. I have a big (non-fenced in) back yard, and located next to walking trails through Wolfville. Our dog is crate trained in our home, and if you would like the same for yours, we can make that happen.
8. Carlene G.
“I am happy to recommend Carlene as a house and pet sitter. We were away for 10 days in February, and living in rural Prince Edward Island, our winters can be rough with blizzards and, on occasion, days-long power outages. Carlene’s calm manner and background as a wilderness guide made me feel completely confident that she could deal with anything should it arise. We left her with two dogs and two cats. One of the dogs, Ruthie, was recovering from a health problem and required medication and a special diet. Ruthie loves her food and especially the food of the other dog, who is a picky eater, so Carlene had to manage that situation. The dogs are both young and active and Carlene took them on daily hikes. Judging by photos of them curled up cuddling on either side of Carlene, they were kept tired and happy. As an unexpected bonus, we arrived home to a sparkling clean house, with thriving plants, a freshly made bed, a note detailing their adventures, and even a delicious soup ready for our dinner. Carlene is a lovely and interesting person with an obvious love of animals and nature. I always find it nerve-wracking to plan our animals’ care when we go away and am so glad to have found her. I would not hesitate to ask Carlene to house and petsit another time, knowing that I could enjoy myself without worry.”
9. Rhi M.
“I would recommend Rhi as a dog walker or pet sitter because she listens carefully to what pet owners say about their animals. She has extensive experience in having her own dogs - and cats! She has been loving and patient with them - even when dealing with unexpected (and often funny) quirks in behavior. She would take excellent care of any animal.”
10. Quinn C.
“I had the pleasure of spending a week with Quinn as we completed a volunteer trip to benefit the pets of San Cristobal Island, Ecuador. I am a field service veterinary with World Vets a nonprofit that provides veterinary care to underserved parts of the world. As a result, I have the opportunity to observe people as they interact with both pets and their owners. I watched as Quinn cared for a variety of pets when they were coming in for care, the dogs and cats, as well as their owners, were in a vulnerable state as they were trusting a group of volunteers unknown to them with their pet companions. Quinn has a quiet quality of calmness about him and a deep sense of duty to pets. It is obvious through his interactions with both the owners and their pets that he has a love of animals and a reverence for the bond between pets and their humans. Owners were immediately put at ease as Quinns' smile and gentle nature gave them confidence that their pets would be treated with the utmost care while in our field hospital. I highly recommend Quinn to any pet owner who is looking for a gentle, kind soul to care for their furbaby. You would be lucky to have Quinn as your companion's caregiver.”

Kendra is passionate about animals and takes her role as a pet caregiver very seriously. She has a natural ability to connect with pets and make them feel loved and cared for. She has an intuitive sense of what they need, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure their wellbeing. Kendra is also highly responsible when it comes to taking care of pets. She understands that pets are a significant responsibility and require a great deal of attention and care. She is always punctual with feeding and walking schedules and ensures that they receive the necessary medical attention when needed. Additionally, she is proactive in identifying potential health issues and seeks professional help immediately. I have personally seen how Kendra treats her own dogs, and it is evident that they are happy, healthy, and content under her care. 19. Jessica S.
“Jessica is a very responsible, fun loving dog person! You can tell just how much she cares for each dog, making sure that they feel right at home in her living space. Jessica loves taking the dogs for walks in the park and on hiking trails, bringing along a ball for fun. Jessica is very able to meet all needs for any dog, having had experience giving medicine orally and in the ears of dogs, dealing with the cone and different surgeries, and also dealing with bad separation anxiety issues.
