About: I have always been around dogs my whole life, almost everyone in my circle has one! I love animals and spending time outside so this is the perfect opportunity! I have good patience in terms of puppies, teaching tricks and letting your dog sniff around! A daily walk is a dogs favourite part of the day and I would love to be the one to give them that! I am currently working part time as a server, which is amazing so I work most evenings and weekends. I am also a student studying in the Medical Laboratory Technician program so I’d love to spend my free time outside and with dogs! I have a friendly medium sized dog that I live with who is fully trained. He is taken for 2-4 walks a day and taken to parks to run around! In a clients home, I would ask to be walked through the home and shown which doors to use. I would also ask which areas within the neighborhood the dog likes best to visit on walks. I understand the anxiety when it comes to leaving your dog and/or house in the care of another so I would treat both with the best care possible.

“I greatly appreciated Helena’s fast response to my last minute request for pet sitting. Her house is well set up for dog boarding and my dog was immediately at ease. Her dog Max was friendly to our dog and I could see they were going to have a fun visit together. Heena made sure to get the details about our dog’s habits and our wishes. There was a long lead and clothesline to allow the dogs to explore and play outside. It will be a great off lease area once the final piece of fence is installed. Heena was a pleasant host with whom I felt confident leaving our 2 yr old dog.”

About: I’ve cared for my own dogs for years and have also helped friends and family with theirs, including large breeds. I genuinely love being around dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether it’s playtime, walks, feeding, or just giving them attention and affection, I enjoy spending quality time with them and treating them like part of the family. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine alongside part-time work. I’m home regularly, and my husband works from home, so pets are never left alone. I make sure they get consistent feeding, playtime, attention and daily walks or exercise, depending on their needs and I can safely keep pets separated if needed for comfort. I provide a calm, safe environment and supervise pets closely at all times. I live in a spacious, pet-friendly apartment where dogs are welcome and comfortable. I have a friendly, well-trained 3-year-old Golden Retriever who loves playing with other dogs and is very gentle. I also have crates available if needed. Since my backyard isn’t fenced, pets are always safely leashed or tethered outside and are never left unattended.

About: I have grown up with cats and Golden Retrievers all my life. Most recently I had a Labradoodle Bruce. I did loose him to my EX but loved him dearly! I now have Mocha who is a 2 year old Simease. She is an absolute Doll! I have my kids who are both Teens around every second week and they will help with walks. Dogs wont be left alone for more then 4 hours at a time. I have a large home with a fenced deck. My yard is large and I am looking to fence in a section. I have alot of great greenspace out my door.

About: I have had cats most of my life and a dog for 2 years. I am a mature, reliable and caring 54 year old with a post-graduate degree and have chosen to dedicate my time to pets - both sitting and volunteering with Pet Save. I have a wide open schedule as I am retired with very few commitments. I love animals and want to dedicate all my available time to caring for them. I will spend time petting, playing, and feeding your fur baby as well as cleaning up after them. I'm also happy to water plants and take in mail or any other reasonable service that may be required.

We were late coming home due to snow and freezing rain and Dorothy was incredibly kind and put no pressure on us to be there on time - she wished us safe travels and offered us options for pick up. About: I have had the pleasure of living with two 50 pound Viszlas for the past ~10 years with my parents. Now that I have moved out I babysit them here and there and am missing having a pet around me!
