Claudia and her family gave them cuddles and belly rubs to make them feel comfortable in the new environment. I really appreciate all the videos, as it’s reassuring to know that the dogs are being well cared for. We can hardly wait to visit again!”

We did a meeting prior to our booking to ensure fitment, and were warmly welcomed at their home. It was clean, and felt very warm. Once we agreed to move forward, everything went well and as agreed upon. Drop-off was easy, we were not rushed, and Ted was given immediate access to explore the home. We were given morning and evening updates, including many pictures and videos so we felt comfortable in knowing how he was adjusting. Ted was excited to see us at pick-up, but we could tell he missed the family and his new friend Link for a few days prior to leaving.
