About: As a dog owner for over 4 years, I have hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, basic grooming, administering medications when needed, and providing a safe and loving environment. Caring for my own dog has taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of understanding each pet’s unique personality and needs. I treat every pet like family and strive to make them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide pets with consistent care, attention, and companionship throughout the day. Daily walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and potty breaks are already part of my routine, ensuring pets receive plenty of supervision and affection while in my care. Pets in my home are treated like part of the family. I live in a house with a secure fenced yard, giving dogs plenty of space to safely run, play, and explore. I also have a friendly 4 year old golden retriever who enjoys companionship and can be a great playmate for social dogs.

About: I have over 12+ years of dog ownership experience as well as 3+ years experience in dog adoption/fostering. Taking care of other people's pets is second nature to me. As a dog owner myself, I understand that it is stressful to relinquish control of your pets care to someone else. I was caught up in the business of the 9-5 workday and stressed to find care for my dogs that was personable and affordable. I have recently lost my job and in the midst of looking for work, I decided to open up my home to some furry friends! **I am only able to provide care from 8am-6pm daily for doggy daycare** I am currently searching for my next job opportunity since being laid off. I have daily available during the work day with overnight care offered if needed. I have a fully fenced, large yard as well as two dogs of my own. The care for your dog would be directly in my home, they wouldn't be outside all day/ignored. If the weather is bad, we may just sit back and watch TV after playtime! My dogs are very friendly and playful but I do have a dachshund who is very small, therefore I can only accept dogs that are 40lbs and under.

“Dale and Fiona have a great place! Very dog friendly. Their huge yard and separate room for the dogs is awesome. Fiona sent lots of pictures and gave us a nice update during the day. Link had an awesome time and her dogs were great for him to play with. We would definitely love to have Link back for either day care or a longer stay. :)”

My home is a spacious apartment, and I allow puppies and kitties on my couch and bed. In fact, I love cuddling. So, I encourage it. However, your place will be your rules. I'm a home-body, and don't go out, but I do love walks. Your puppies will get the time outside they require. I have an adorable chihuahua and ginger kitten. Both are friendly with all types of animals. Also have a young boy who loves to play with animals. Especially fetch!

“Tieja is a true dog lover and she sat my 1 yr old mini golden doodle for 2 nights while we went to plays at the Stratford Festival. My dog Lola was keen to visit even on the first visit and ran up the steps for her second visit. When we picked her up at 11:30 pm Lola gave her big kisses before we left. Obviously she enjoyed her stay. Tieja also sent photos of Lola and her dog playing together and walked her at night. We couldn't been happier with her care. Thank you Tieja !”
