“Eva did a great job with our dog Ela! Ela is an incredibly anxious and scared dog and it takes her a while to warm up to people. We had to leave Ela with Eva for about a week and Eva was spectacular with providing updates around how Ela's doing, how she's getting along with the other dogs at her place, as well as general observations around Ela's behaviour. This made Maddie physically sick but Judy persevered instead of asking us to return and pick-up Maddie. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
