“This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t have been luckier than to have found Mariella. Our dogs settled in very quickly and we could tell they were given great care from Mariella and her family.”
“Alison was amazing with Missy. I will take her back there if there is ever a need too. Missy was treated the way she is at home....spoiled! Thank you Alison. Missy”

“Catherine and her husband Natz were awesome pet sitters. Lots of pictures during Reba ‘s weekend stay. They welcomed Reba like their own pet. Such wonderful people! I will use again for sure if I travel to Brantford area and need a pet sitter again. If you are looking for a great pet sitter, contact Catherine. ❤️?”

“Chetan was an amazing sitter for Wilson over the weekend! He went above and beyond, not only did he give Wilson a bath, but he also happily extended for an extra day on my last-minute request. His communication was excellent throughout: very responsive, sent me lots of pictures, and kept me updated so I had peace of mind. He was also very accommodating with any requests I had, which made the whole experience even smoother. Wilson came home happy, clean, and clearly well cared for. I would highly recommend Chetan to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter, and I’ll definitely be booking with him again!”

“Mike took great care of our black lab this weekend. He shared photos of her hanging out in his backyard and sleeping on his couch. When we arrived to pick her up she didn’t want to leave! Thanks for looking after her so well!”

“Very communicative before and during the stay. My skittish dog who doesn't like anyone, especially men, warmed up to Manuel in record time. Very patient and gentle with the dogs.”

“Gail was awesome, taking care of our dog Wally in her home for 5 days and nights in March 2026. Wally was walked 3x per day, and we felt totally comfortable after an initial meet and greet that Wally would be in good hands while we went on vacation. Gail accommodated an early morning drop off so we could catch our flights. And we got lots of pictures while away which we loved. If you need someone to take care of your dog, and love them like you do, don’t hesitate to contact Gail !”

“I left my seven month old golden retriever puppy with Mathieu and Esther (and Marlow!) over the weekend. They took excellent care of her! Puppies are a handful, and they went over and above. My dog got special instructions after being spayed, and they were super accommodating. I highly recommend them!”

“I would definitely recommend her! She took great care of my pup and kept me updated the entire time he was staying with her. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!”

“Thank you for taking such fantastic care of Rogue again! This is the first time since 2017 that we have been able to visit family out east over the holidays and it was a great visit made all the better knowing he was in your care. He’s been pretty sleepy since we picked him up - I suspect he did a lot of running and playing lol. Happy New Year”

“Cindy and Marc were just fabulous! It's always nerve-wracking to leave your furry loved one with strangers, but we left him knowing he was in good hands. They say animals can sense when a person isn't a good person. Finn can be sketchy with people, but within 10 minutes of our meet and greet, he was already running up to them. He was so well taken care of and happy. Thank you, Cindy and Marc! We'll be requesting you again. :)”

“Happy to have Amy look after Dexter while we were away. She did an amazing job watching him and sent us many pictures and updates during the stay which was nice. Would highly recommend Amy to care for your pet 🐾”

“We were planning a trip and knew it would be more difficult to do some of the things on our list with our dog present. So last minute, I googled to try to find a kennel in the area. I've owned dogs my entire life and have never left them somewhere else, so wanted to see what was being offered. I came across Rover and leaving her with a family instead of a kennel sounded so much better; I didn't even know this existed! Valerie got back to me promptly, confirming her availability to watch our Indie. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming, and we knew Indie would enjoy her stay. We were provided with updates, and they really enjoyed having her there. I highly recommend Valerie to care for your pup; our girl came back happy and healthy, and should we ever need someone to watch her again, we will be making Valerie our first choice !”

About: Being a dog owner myself, I understand the importance of finding a dog sitter who genuinely cares and willing to give the attention your dog needs. I have a 4 yr old goldendoodle, Maui who would love some company 💕 he loves meeting new dogs and making friends. I am home throughout the week so rest assured, your dog will get all the attention and love they need and more ✨ There will be lots of play, walks and cuddles. 😌 Available for boarding, doggy day care, dog walks and drop-in visits. I am self employed and full time taking care of my dog so I am with my dog throughout the day. Your dog is no different to me 💕 when your dog is home, he/she will have a best friend (my dog) and me, who will take care of them and enjoy all the extra cuddles. I give food according to your schedule set, give 2 walks everyday and lots of play/activities/puzzles during the day. Rest assured, your dog will come back home tired after a long day of play 😌 I currently do not have a fenced yard but I’m always extremely careful and leash our dog for pee breaks/potty breaks when I take them to the yard. I have never had any incidents of dogs getting away because that’s how cautious I am. So safety is always my priority.
“Pei was excellent with Maggie Mae! She asked a lot of questions about her commands and habits, reinforced her training, introduced her to some new things (roosters!), and ensured that she got both lots of exercise and lots of snuggles. Maggie Mae loved playing with her Burmese Mountain Dog Oscar. Pei provided regular detailed updates and was fast on communication. Pei's house is definitely one of Maggie Mae's new favourite places and we will certainly rebook with Pei.”

“Moxie had a wonderful time with Arlene and Kevin. She came back better behaved (more responsive to basics)! Arlene and Kevin are clearly very experienced with dogs of all personalities. Their communication before and throughout the stay is also stellar. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We look forward to the next one!”

“Shelley took great care of my cat while I was away for the weekend. I was very worried to leave him home alone and Shelley did amazing with welcoming him into her home and making sure he was comfortable. She sends lots of good updates with pictures so you have peace of mind”
