About: Hi! My name is Alina. I am a full time student at the University of Alberta. I plan on becoming an elementary school teacher! I love all animals, especially dogs! I have a dog of my own, so I am quite familiar with a walking schedule, feeding, bathing and overall caring for a dog. I have also been walking and pet-sitting neighbours’, friends’ and family’s dogs for quite some time now (in both the summer and the winter months). Additionally, I have worked with dogs of all sizes, strengths, and energy levels! I would love a chance to find a fixed / stable schedule to become a part-time dog walker! “We were going to be out of town for ten days, and Jason agreed to take care of our cats. One of our cats is an orange boy who is extremely social, and our other calico is usually quite shy. Jason brought out the best in our cats while we were away. Our orange knew when he was coming and would wait by the door for him, and our calico didn’t run from him as if he was a vacuum cleaner. Every visit was accompanied by pictures of each cat (unless our calico was snoozing in our boxspring) and everything went off without a hitch! We never once felt concerned that our cats weren’t getting the attention they needed, and the pictures every visit helped with how much we missed them while we were away. All instructions were closely followed, and communication was consistent and concise. We will be re-booking with Jason for future cat-sitting needs!”

About: Hi! My name is Sam 🙋♀️I've had cats, days old bottle fed rescue kittens and multiple kittens litters, gerbils, and even a chinchilla growing up. Now I have a 9 year old 80lb American Bully, Odin, and almost 7 year old cat, Mittens. I also am currently doing daily potty breaks for two puppies, one being a senior dog for a couple who live in my parents neighborhood. My dog Odin is very high anxiety with many allergies and a skin condition. So I can understand the stress of making sure you are leaving your family members in the right care. I am highly compassionate and live by taking care and supporting people, animals and things that can be seen as vunerable or easily taken advantage of. I took a step back from my full-time job to be able to help my mom with some complicated medical issues she is dealing with. We’ve had family dogs for more than 13+ years, a little Pekingese and a Pekingese/Pom.
