“We are extremely happy with the service. We left our two small dogs for a trip for the first time. One of our dogs has anxiety as well and they handled it very well. We constantly got updates with walk progression, pictures and videos. The dogs are healthy and happy. It was like they were on their own mini vacation while we were away. Will definitely rebook in the future.”

“Our fur baby has never left my side her whole 3 years of life and so we were nervous as to who to leave her with for 10 days while we were on vacation. I can’t share all of how lucky we were to have found Sonja and her family! They made themselves our baby’s second family and made her feel as much as home as her own. She updated us everyday and gave me and our family a “piece of mind” while we were gone! We have found her new second family and will not think twice as to who to turn to when we book another trip. Thank you Sonja and family 🥰”

“Jinny was one of the best sitter I've ever had! My dog Saturn had the best of times and I was lucky to get as much photos and updates from Jinny during my trip away from home. It gave me an immense peace of mind to know that my dog was loved and taken care of. Thank you!!”

“Nicole was great in updating us how Maly was doing. She constantly sent us pictures, and we love that. Maly got along great with her son too! We would book her again, for sure.”

“Xiaoying was very excited to take care of precious Odin, and she went absolutely above and beyond with her care. I received regular updates of a very happy looking dog. He came back to us refreshed and relaxed, and I have already requested a second booking with her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.”

“Luna’s was in great hands for the week with Michelle and her family. She spent time with me while dropping her off and sent notes and pictures daily since this is the first time I used the service. I know Luna was happy! I hope to use her every time we have a holiday!”

“Enjoy and Chanmin took care of our little bundle of joy over the weekend. They were fully transparent and exceeded all our expectations. The constant communication made us feel connected to our dog and kept us worry free. They truely took our boy in and made him a part of their family. They attended to all of my dog's needs and kept him happy. Needless to say, 10/10 great service. Thank you!”

“Murray and Patricia both are so caring and accommodating with our dog Charlie. From the updated post, Charlie looks so happy playing with the other dogs and the care that she received. Many thanx and will continue booking with them in the future! 😊”

“Adesola was absolutely amazing with Kolbi! From the moment I dropped Kolbi off, I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. Adesola kept me updated with sweet messages and photos, which truly meant the world to me and made my time away so much less stressful. Kolbi came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved — it was obvious he received so much attention, playtime, and affection. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with Adesola again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter! 🐾”

“Ben and his wife Deb were such kind people. Ben was very diligent every step of the way. He arranged the meet and greet to ensure that the pet and he were a good fit. This made me feel much at ease as I don’t want to leave my pup with someone irresponsible. The meet and greet was structured very well, chatting with us, having a checklist of questions, and then leaving our dog with him for several minutes to check his behavior without us around. Afterwards, the follow-up messages prior to our pup’s arrival were also sent timely. Finally, when we dropped off our doggo, Ben gave us lots of updates and photos, which were reassuring to know that my pup was safe and having a good time. Will definitely be sending our boy to Ben again! Thank you for being so great with Rafa!”

“Shona was a very nice lady and took great care of our boy. It was the first time he stayed there which is always nerve wracking as the owner but she made us feel comfortable right away. It was his first night away from us and he did great! Will use her in the future:)”

“Everything was as described in the listing. It was so easy leaving our boy in a home with other dogs where he could just join the family and lay around for the weekend. We will use them next time we are in need.”

“We can’t thank Sarah enough for the great care Tucker received while we were on vacation. Knowing that Tucker was in good hands, helped us enjoy our vacation with no worries or concerns. Thanks Sarah!”

“This is our first time leaving Hades with a sitter and Anna made sure to keep us updated everyday! Thank you so much for watching Hades and making sure he's taken care of. Will be booking with her again for future trips! :)”

“Thank you for taking our dog in as we are from out of town. We were nervous at first but within minutes we got pictures and constant updates on how our dog was doing. It made it extra special knowing that she will have kids around as she wouldn’t be with ours. Lucy had a great time!”

“Exceptional Dog Sitter-Highly Recommended Terry is an exceptional dog sitter. A true animal lover. Kind, caring and compassionate. I had to go away for 5 days and I’ve never left my dog with anyone except my daughter. He’s old and gets scared and nervous. I was very concerned because of his age and health. After my daughter recommended Terry; I gave him a call. Our chat left me with great confidence and peace of mind. Throughout my entire trip he kept me informed with regular updates and photos. My dog Bear is 14 years old and suffers from anxiety cognitive impairment and joint pain. Terry took the time to comfort him and provide his morning and night meds. He truly is a gem. You will know what I mean when you meet him or talk over the phone. He gets a 5⭐️. Peggy”

“Thank you Diane for the wonderful care and cuddles you gave to our dog Ruben. He definitely loved being with you if he was sitting on your lap! We appreciate you welcoming him into your home while we were away.”

“I would highly recommend Virginia to all of my furry parents. She was even able to assist me when I had a household issue. Virginia was amazing, and my cats were super happy when I returned home”

“We recently hired Samana to house/pet sit for us over the New Year's break. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from the initial contact, she answered every message promptly and professionally. Samana came to our house once for an initial meet and greet and then again just before we left to go over all the details. She approached our cats with respect and caring and they loved her from the second they greeted her at the door. While we were away she sent multiple photos and videos of our cats, eating, playing, being petted, napping etc. Multiple times per day. Even on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. It was soooo comforting to know that they were being well cared for while we were away. We came home to healthy, happy cats AND a spotless house. Couldn't even tell someone had been there for the week. She cleaned and organized everything back to perfection. I would DEFINITELY recommend Samana to watch over your most precious family members and we will DEFINITELY hire her again for our next vacation. Nothing better than knowing your pets are ok, so you can relax and enjoy your time away.”

“Colby dropped in on my senior cat daily while I was out of the country, providing him with extra attention and giving me more peace of mind being away. She was very dependable and provided regular uodates & photos.”

About: I’ve had cats my entire life. I currently have a cat of my own, and one of my most rewarding experiences was fostering nine abandoned kittens and bottle feeding them until they were old enough to thrive on their own. most of the gifts I receive are cat themed but everyone in my life knows how much I love them. Books, mugs, socks, decorations… if it has a cat on it, there’s a good chance I own it. Safe to say your cat will be in safe hands!!! I have experience caring for pets with different needs and am comfortable administering medications, following detailed care instructions, and maintaining consistent routines.

“Kate has done drop-in visits for our cats many times and we have always been more than happy with the care that she provides. She is reliable and attentive, and we know that our cats are in great hands with her when we are away. We would absolutely recommend her to others in need of pet care!”

“We really loved having Sam watching our little Suki, and housesitting. There was never a time we worried about our pet, and Sam sent several photos of how affectionate Suki was during the time we were away! Everything was perfect when we returned home, and our pet was extremely happy!! Would love to continue to invite Sam into our home to hang out with Suki whenever we travel 😃”

“Robbin is the best :) She's very kind and easy to chat with, and I am so happy with the care she gave my 2 cats while I was away for 2.5 weeks. I had Robbin come on the opposite days to a girlfriend of mine who was also helping to look over my boys, and it brought me so much comfort knowing that both her and my friend were in contact with each other the whole time. Robbin kept me in the loop and sent photos - it sounds terrible to say but, I could totally forget I even had cats while I was on vacation because I knew they were both in very capable and caring hands, hahaha. I would absolutely recommend her to someone looking for a cat sitter, and I would also hire her again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much Robbin!”

“Iris did a great job visiting our 3 cats, making sure their food/water/litter were full/clean and making them feel loved. We loved receiving photo updates of each one on our trip! One of our cats needed extra attention and Iris was able to make sure he was looked after. Would use her again! Thanks Iris!”

“Harika is an excellent sitter. I contacted her to dog sit (with drop off in 30 minutes) and she responded promptly and accepted my request. Then later I asked for an hour extension and she accommodated me. I ended up being an extra half hour. During my dog’s stay (5 1/2 hrs) she sent me many pictures, fed and walked my dog. The home is very nice and clean. I would absolutely request services again when I have to be in Edmonton. Thanks again!”

“I appreciated that Bret put me at ease with leaving my dog Lacey with he and his dog Coco. Conversation about and attention to my Lacey was good at our intro meeting. Dropping Lacey off for day care went well. Bret sent photos and videos of Lacey regularly, and I appreciated the early first one because I could see by Lacey's body movements that she was engaged in the visit. I picked up Lacey, and we went home. Lacey was happy and tired. A good day was had by both her and me.”

“It’s been a few visits now for day care, and my dog has come to love this place. They have taken such great care of him, you can tell he’s well taken care of. My dog has an anxiety, caused by previous years in a kennel. Now he’s seems a lot calmer, but the real test will come for when he will be staying overnight.”

“This was my first time using Rover and boy, did Andrea and Bernal make choosing a sitter such a breeze! They answered all of my questions and reassured me that Finn’s wellbeing and easy integration into their home was a priority to them. They also sent videos and updates while he was with them which I appreciated very much! Will definitely be booking with Andrea and Bernal in the future :)”

About: I've grown up around animals my entire life and am Pet CPR trained. I'm also the person who stops strangers to ask if I can pet their dog, and my friends are convinced I'll end up as a cat lady with 10 dogs someday. Beyond loving animals, I'm reliable, attentive, comfortable administering medications, and committed to keeping pets safe, happy, and on their normal routine. Safe to say your pet will get plenty of love, attention, photo updates, and their vacation with me might just be better than your vacation!! I’m currently working part time over the summer as a nursing student. I’m very detail oriented, attentive, reliable, and genuinely thoughtful when it comes to animal care. As someone pursuing nursing, I've developed strong attention to detail, responsibility, and a caring approach that carries over into pet care. I'm attentive, reliable, comfortable administering medications, and committed to following routines and instructions to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m Pet CPR trained, and have had many pets with different personalities and needs. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, feeding schedule, medications, and any special instructions to help them feel comfortable and stress free. I provide plenty of supervision, exercise, affection, and regular updates so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. I believe in treating every pet as if they were my own and creating a safe, loving environment. I currently have a cat, named pumpkin and I have a dog named Mazie who suffers with severe anxiety. Although it’s a challenge, my dog Mazie has taught me a lot about patience, consistency, and animal behavior. Through training classes and working with her specific needs, I’ve gained experience supporting pets who need extra care.

“Robyn is amazing! She accommodated us by going outside of her usual walking zone and my girl just loves her! My pup came back from her walk and was beyond happy, did a bunch of laps around my house and crashed! Lol defn recommend her and will be using her again!!”

About: Hi! My name is Sam 🙋♀️I've had cats, days old bottle fed rescue kittens and multiple kittens litters, gerbils, and even a chinchilla growing up. Now I have a 9 year old 80lb American Bully, Odin, and almost 7 year old cat, Mittens. I also am currently doing daily potty breaks for two puppies, one being a senior dog for a couple who live in my parents neighborhood. My dog Odin is very high anxiety with many allergies and a skin condition. So I can understand the stress of making sure you are leaving your family members in the right care. I am highly compassionate and live by taking care and supporting people, animals and things that can be seen as vunerable or easily taken advantage of. I took a step back from my full-time job to be able to help my mom with some complicated medical issues she is dealing with. After working with these two puppies during the day and my love for my animals, I thought this may be the perfect opportunity to turn a hobby (animal loving) into a more full time job. Me, as a person, am very responsible, respectful, easy going, quiet, and empathetic. I have many hobbies like gardening, skiing, painting, camping, baking and golfing. My family of 2 step boys and Fiancé are all active and enjoy being outside. I am a certified nail technician aswell but mostly only do family and friends. I am currently helping my mom with general home care taking and errands. The hours a very flexible so I am able to work about your schedule! I love to go on walks so if allowed I could take them out for an evening walk or car ride. Play games in the backyard. Watch a movie together and cuddle up. Give them their favorite approved treats and tell them how much of a good boy they are haha
About: I’ve spent a lot of time around larger dogs and understand the responsibility that comes with handling strong, energetic breeds. I’ve also cared for a deaf dog before, so I’m comfortable adapting to different needs and communicating with dogs in ways that work best for them. I’ve handled stressful situations as well, including a time when a dog I was caring for had stitches rip and needed immediate attention. Because of experiences like that, I stay calm under pressure and always prioritize the dog’s safety and well-being. I’ve also looked after an older three-legged husky, which taught me how to be patient and attentive with dogs that need a little extra care and support. I’m attentive, patient, and treat every dog like they’re my own. I run my own business, which gives me a flexible schedule. During slower periods of work I like to stay active and productive, which makes dog walking and pet care a great fit for my routine. I enjoy getting outside for walks and staying active, so making sure dogs get exercise, attention, and care throughout the day comes naturally to me. Because I manage my own schedule, I’m able to be reliable and give pets the time and attention they need. At the moment I’m not able to host pets in my own home, so I focus on providing care in my client’s home where the dog is already comfortable and in a familiar environment. I make sure pets stay on their normal routine with walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of attention. I genuinely love dogs and believe they really are man’s best friend, so I treat every pet with patience, care, and respect. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, exercised, and well looked after while their owner is away.
About: I’ve had dogs in my house since I was very little. I’ve had puppies all the way up to our current senior dogs, one who is losing his vision and hearing. I enjoy walking and will treat your dog as my own. I work from home part time on a very limited/flexible schedule and have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry companion. I look forward to scheduling with you on a regular basis to fit your needs. Our dogs are given the best treatment. We train tricks and routines and remove bad behaviours only through positive reinforcement. One of our current dogs is a rescue dog and we have supported her in this manner.
About: I am fortunate to have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available to you and your pet on short notice. Not only is my schedule accommodating, so is my home and my pet education. Over the past 14ys, I have been closely involved with many different animal orientated facilities. My personal pup was certified with The Chimo Project which is now called CAAWLS. This organization recruits and certifies wellness animals for Animal Assisted Intervention (AAI) services. Involvement with this company was both rewarding for my pup and myself. I also volunteer my time with Dogs With Wings (DWW). A non-profit organization that does amazing things. DWW is changing lives for the better by training dogs to be guide dogs, service dogs, autism dogs and more. Rest assured, your pet will be well loved and in good care during their stay with me.
About: I have alot of love and affection to give to animals. I love to look after pets because it allows me to care for and love the pets while their owners are away. I have a large fenced yard where the animals can play and get their exercise in a secure area. I love to walk so walking dogs gives me the opportunity to get some exercise as well as make them happy. We had a beautiful husky of our own, but my oldest daughter took her when she moved out because her boyfriend had a dog, and I miss having animals in the house. I have fostered rescue dogs for 2 years now, and I have many references available from people that I have cared for their fur babies (both cats and dogs). I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I am available for daily drop in visits, weekly visits or longer stays. I also provide daily dog walking. I have no pets of my own in the house I have a big backyard where the pups can run around, and also close to dog parks and lots of walking trails. I have crates if your pet likes the comfort of a crate, and lots of toys. I have a large basement for cats if they like their own space
About: I grew up with two dogs who I loved dearly. During the summer while I was in school I worked at a dog kennel caring for and walking dogs of all sizes. I am very reliable and will give your pet(s) the care and attention they need. I love the outdoors and look forward to playing outside and going on lots of walks. I feel confident in my ability to handle and take care of all sizes of dogs, as my kennel job gave me lots of experience dealing with all different dogs. Your best friend(s) will be safe and happy with me. I look forward to meeting new people and helping them care for their of their pet(s). Cant wait to start working with rover!

Pet care is a natural part of my daily life—it’s something I truly enjoy. From walking dogs and feeding animals to providing companionship, I build my schedule around each pet’s needs.

Peggy”

“Nicole and her husband were great! There was daily communication and updates with photos and videos. They cared for my lab, Phoebe, like she was their own. Gave her a bath and showered her with love! I definitely recommend them.”

“Wonderful dogsitters. Loads of loving pictures, 'pupdates' to keep us up to date and smiling at Murphy's stay. We felt very comfortable leaving our pup for the first time and if he could speak I'd say he enjoyed his stay with Rocky, Katrina and Ryan. They were all so chill.”

“Jill provided a calm, comforting space for our two dogs while we were traveling over the holidays. As it happens our golden retriever celebrated her first birthday on the day we left and that evening Jill sent us photos from a sweet little birthday party she threw for them (cake, photo backdrop, the works!). We received daily updates and photos of our pups enjoying play time and living their best lives. We picked up two happy pups that were clearly well cared for in our absence. Thank you Jill for providing exceptional care for our babies!”

“Karen and Dan were absolutely great at accommodating us and worked with our timing. They treated our pups like part of the family and made sure they were happy, safe, and loved the entire time. Their home is super welcoming and perfect for pups. We’ll definitely be booking with them again — highly recommend! 🐶💛”

“Belinda, Brent and Henry were amazing, keeping us updated, sending pictures and making us feel very good and confident that Bonnie was receiving the best of care. We don’t leave our girl very often but with Belinda’s family, we finally feel like we have a safe and loving place for Bonnie to go to when needed. Bonnie came home super happy and looking like she had been spoiled with cuddles the whole time she was there! Will definitely be booking with them again.”

“It was my first time using Rover so I was a little skeptical but the first day I met Jennifer I knew that my dog 15 year old dog Hollywood would be in good hands. The daily pictures and videos Jennifer sent me over the 9 days we were away made me feel at ease knowing that Hollywood felt safe, comfortable and well cared for. Jennifer loves pets and you can truly tell as she and her dog Sophie treated my Hollywood as their own. I will definitely be using Jennifer again in the future and would highly recommend her!”
