About: I’ve had both cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve had 2 golden retrievers and 3 tabby cats. I’ve looked after my coworker's orange cat and my coworker's corgi. My apartment is just a simple 2-bedroom apartment. I live in an apartment building with other people and other dogs. I work full time, I spend all my time in the city near my apartment. If I have a dog I like to bring them in to the office with me. I have no backyard and I don’t let cats outside my apartment, only dogs. I feed my pets twice a day and I have water bowls out for them.

Brittany sent us photos of Mocha every day and took him on a walk daily, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. About: Myself and my partner come from dog foster families. For well over a decade, we’ve cared for dogs while they awaited adoption into their forever homes. This includes crate training, vet visits and routine personalized meal plans for these dogs. With this experience, you can feel confident that your dog will be exercised, loved, fed, but most importantly safe. Available fully on weekends for boarding and all-day play! Also available weekdays for boarding, but dog must be crated from 8am-4:30pm. Available on weekdays after 6pm for house visits, walks, etc. We currently raise a beautiful little dog Mabel while on our work routine. My current dog Mabel gets exercised a minimum 1-2 hours a day, often times more on weekends. I believe the majority a behavioral problems in dogs are caused by lack of mental and physical stimulation. I am a strict yet fun owner, as freedom and safety for my dog comes from trust in each other. My household re-enforces good behavior and corrects bad. With that being said… yes, I’m still a total softie for them.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
