About: I have had dogs all my life. In 2003 I bought a Bernese Mountain dog and took her to shows. She won her championship. We bred her and she had beautiful pups. I moved to my husbands horse farm and I took care of his 4 horses and our dogs. We have one German Shepherd dog now and is name is Indy and he loves all dogs. I currently work part time and my husband works from home. We homeschool our kids and have plenty of time for furry friends. We look forward to this experience. We have a big backyard with lots of grass and trees. The yard is cleaned twice a day. Your dog can be kept in whatever works best for them inside the house at night. We have a lovely furry friend named Indy to keep your dog company.

About: I am an experienced dog walker and cat/dog sitter from Chicago, IL! I worked with a private dog walking company as well as providing many years of cat and dog sitting to clients in my neighborhood. I am studying animal welfare at UBC and getting my PhD in dairy cattle welfare, so I am very passionate about animal behaviour and wellbeing. I own two wonderful cats and have worked in a cat clinic administering medicine in the past. I have lots of experience reading cat behaviour and providing companionship for them! I additionally volunteered as a dog walker at a shelter in Chicago for years and was trained on how to walk dogs with behavioural issues. I would love the opportunity to be around dogs more, as I can't have one with my two cats, and am away from the dogs I used to sit in Chicago! I am a current grad student so I have extreme flexibility! I can make almost every day or time work for checking in on or walking your pet. About: Nicole and I share a lifelong bond with pets, having grown up surrounded by them. Throughout our adult lives, we've been dedicated pet owners, currently cherishing our 5-year-old dog, Bowser. From puppyhood, we've diligently trained him, and my work-from-home setup has allowed for ample time to prioritize his training and exercise needs. In addition to our canine companion, I have a rich history of caring for cats, involving tasks such as feeding, cleaning litter, and ensuring their safety outdoors, a responsibility I've carried since childhood. Nicole, on the other hand, has always had the joy of growing up with dogs. Our collective experiences form a foundation of pet expertise, and our shared passion for animals is reflected in the years of dedicated pet care we bring to Rover. About: I grew up on a farm around a variety of animals such as chickens, cats, dogs, horses, cattle and more. A lot of my animal knowledge is passed down from family and generational experience. I have a lot of free time so I am able to take care of your furry family with as much care and attention as you need. Each pet requires different care depending on species, age, health, etc. Any special requests for the care of your furry friend will be taken seriously. I will always try to leave your home cleaner than I found it.

About: I've owned a variety of animals over my life. From dogs, to rodents to now my cat! My 15 year old beagle passed away last year - I've raised her from puppyhood. Once I became an older teenager / adult - I became one of her main caregivers - Bathing, nail clipping, administering medications, feeding and walking. She's given me years of love AND valuable experience in pet care. I also have experience taking care of my friend's and family's animals. From my friend's 3 cats to my brother's huge golden retriever mix. I'm currently working full-time 8:45am-5:15pm Monday to Friday. I'm hoping to find someone in need of services in the evenings - Monday to Friday! I also would be available Saturday and Sunday at basically any time! Everyone has different ways of raising their pets - I want to follow your lead! Any special instructions will be followed to the best of my ability. I approach animals with kindness and understanding and their health, happiness and wellbeing is always my top priority.

About: My experience with pet care involves my household animals as well as sitting I’ve done in the past. At my house right now, I own 3 indoor cats and 1 German shepherd dog! This leads to a very busy household with a very highly active dog and needy indoor cats. We love our house being busy with animals and have never had a home without animals. Before our German shepherd we owned a flat coated retriever which was a breed my fathers mother actually brought to Canada as our family used to show dogs and we briefly showed our flat coat in dog shows as well. Overall, I am just an animal lover and treat my pets like family. I currently work part-time as a server so my availability is super super flexible. I can easily switch shifts if needed to make it work with what you’re needing. In my home, my dog has a backyard where we love to play fetch, he also has a doggie pool so he can cool off when hot. My cats also have a cat tree and lots of toys. They also have dog/cat beds to have a safe space to sleep. There are also multiple water dishes around the house to keep them hydrated.

About: I love being around all dogs and pets and I hope they feel the same. I have previous experience house sitting at others houses and in my own home with visitors. Every pet is different so I always keep an open mind with what the owners prefer! Currently living in a pet friendly apartment building, which has been amazing! However, we Hope to get our own piece of land one day to expand these services. In the mean time I take advantage of the walking trails, dog parks and hikes every weekend. Some days I have my kids with me, some days I have my one of my dogs with me, depending on everyone's situation. Willing to work with clients to get the best possible care for everyone<3 I work part time but I would love to walk dogs full time! All my free time goes to my kids these days, but they loooove dogs and enjoys walking with their momma! My apartment is pet friendly! If need be I can easily crate your dog but I prefer all dogs to be comfortable and feel safe while in my home.
