About: I am a very active person with two dogs of my own - I love to run, hike, and spend a lot of time outdoors. I grew up with dogs (retrievers and pointers) from puppy to adult. I exercise my own dogs daily (runs or outdoor hikes/swimming) and frequently socialize them (well behaved and friendly). I have experience training dogs as well as caring for other people's dogs. Furthermore, I have worked as a wildlife rehabilitation intern and a vet assistant, so am familiar with administering medications (oral, SQ, IV, IM, etc). I love animals and dogs of all kinds. I am also reliable, responsible and reasonable. I can provide great care for them in your absence! I have a flexible work schedule and can be utilized as necessary. This means morning and evening walks as well as during the lunch break. Open availability on weekends. I care for pets as if they were my own. This means ample exercise and attention. I also follow the rules that are consist with that of the pet owner.

Garth is a tripawd and Heidi is always aware of his limitations or needs due to this. She is able to take him swimming safely, and keeps a closer eye on him during play. I’ll always trust Heidi with my fur baby, and know she treats him no differently than her own!”
