“Kandice is a fantastic dog- and house-sitter! She and our dog, Willow, had an immediate rapport. I felt very comfortable leaving on our trip knowing that Willow was in such capable hands. Every day (sometimes twice a day), Kandice sent pics to show me what they were doing. It was great to see Willow so busy and happy in our absence. We returned to a home that looked exactly as it did when we left and to a very happy, healthy, and excited dog. I would definitely have Kandice stay again.”

“Rob took great care of our house and two cats while we were out of town for the holidays. He was here for 4 nights / 5 days and did all the usual cat car things: fed, gave meds, cleaned the boxes, and of course, played. Our cats were happy and settled when we returned. Rob is a clear and consistent communicator; he asks questions to ensure he understands what we're needing, he responds promptly, and encouraged us to ask him questions too, so that we could have the best experience possible! About: I worked at the San Diego Zoo for almost 20 years. My work there included animal care and nutrition. I love all types of dog and cat! Having just returned to Ohio from San Diego my schedule is quite flexible. I take care of my own pets, go to the gym and volunteer remotely for Wildlife Madagascar. In pet care i prioritize ilove and positive reinforcement. As the wife of a locksmith I'm also very meticulous about safety and security (i.e., I always double check to make sure that leash/harness clips and locks are secure).

My day pretty much revolves around dogs — and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Since I work from home most of the week, I’m able to keep a flexible schedule full of walks, playtime, and cuddles. My own pups keep me active and in a great routine, so adding another furry friend into the mix feels natural. Even on my in-office days, I make sure every dog gets the attention and consistency they’re used to. I care for every dog as if they were my own. At my home, pups are part of the family — they can lounge, play, and get lots of attention throughout the day. I make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe, and I always supervise outdoor time. When I’m watching pets in their own home, I do my best to keep everything just how they like it. I stick to their regular routine, give them lots of love, and keep you in the loop with updates and pictures so you never have to wonder how they’re doing.

Since the puppy is being potty trained, she also maintained a rigorous schedule for walking and feeding him and provided great companionship for him and the cat.
