About: I’ve been involved with dog rescue for many years. I worked with virtually every type of dog there is. From shy, timid to very high energy. I’ve had dogs that had aggression issues. I worked with dogs on leash training, housebreaking, and socialization. I am retired. I have nothing but time on my hands! I volunteer Thursday mornings at an equine therapy barn. But I will still have time to take care of animals on Thursdays. I am open to caring for dogs in my home. But! They have to be dog and cat friendly. I would prefer not to have younger dogs, only because my dogs are older and don’t like young dogs, jumping all over them. My dogs are very dog friendly though. My cats are very dog friendly. I have a lot of experience with exotics and aggressive dogs. Having just returned to Ohio from San Diego my schedule is quite flexible. About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with high-energy dogs, senior dogs, shy dogs, and puppies, and I always adjust the walk or visit to what your dog needs most. Safety is extremely important to me, so I pay close attention to leash handling, surroundings, and your dog’s comfort at all times. About: I absolutely adore animals and have never lived a life without them. I adopted my very own sweet dog Sage at 18 (as soon as I was old enough) and she has been the light of my life. She has taught me a lot of patience and responsibility at a young age. She is definitely a wild girl but I wouldn’t trade her for the world! Since I have a dog I am pretty used to all of the craziness that comes with them like leash pulling, weird eating habits, mess, and of course slobber! About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have always been told I have a “way with animals.” I have cared for small, medium, and large dogs before. Whether it’s a tiny tea cup dog or a large lab with more energy that they can contain, I’ve seen it all. I’m currently a senior in high school and play club volleyball. I have a part time job but am looking to gain more experience before college. Being a pet sitter and walking fits great for me since it’s a flexible schedule. I already take care of my own dog and cat at home and would love to add more pets to that list. As an athlete I am able to match your pets energy.
