I had to take a trip on short notice and she was so flexible and accommodating with helping me schedule, getting the meet-and-greet set up, and finding a good time to get my boy dropped off and picked up even with my hectic travel plans. As a bit of a “helicopter dog mom”, I also really appreciated how thorough she was about asking detailed questions and gathering all the information she needed to be sure my dog would have a fun and safe stay with her family. She really seemed to take his safety seriously and that made me feel a lot more comfortable knowing he was with someone who was taking such good care of him. Throughout Kieran’s stay, I got regular updates with pictures and video and I could tell he was definitely getting lots of love and all the puppy cuddles he could ever ask for. And he really did have a good time here. My dog can be a bit shy and takes a while to warm up to new people. It was kind of heartwarming to read in each day’s messages that he was opening up and showing a bit more of his personality as he got closer to his host family, and that’s something I take as proof of the level of care and love he received in my absence. I would absolutely bring him back here in a heartbeat if I ever needed a Rover sitter in the future!!”
