About: I have loved dogs since I was a child. As a pre-teen, I used to go to my neighbors' homes to take their dogs for walks. Then, in 1993, my parents finally gave me my first dog—a black English Cocker Spaniel. I haven't been without dogs since. The first one was stolen when he was a year old. The second, another black Cocker, lived for 14 years. During that time, I also had a Yorkshire Terrier who lived to be 17. Currently, I have a 12-year-old female Papillon who came with me from Brazil a little over two years ago. I am Brazilian and qualified as a veterinarian in 2003. I spent six years working in a clinic treating dogs before switching to a different area of ​​veterinary practice for personal reasons. Since moving to the US, I have been a full-time mom, as my youngest daughter is not yet school-age. I believe a meet-and-greet is beneficial for both parties; it’s a time for pets and their owners to get to know me better, and for me to get to know the pet (I like to fill out a form during this time to record details about them). I understand that just like us, dogs need regular walks to stay happy, healthy and mentally stimulated. If life gets busy and you're unable to take your pup out as often as you'd like, I'd be happy to help. I also offer loving in-home care for pets who prefer to stay cozy and comfortable in their own home while you're away. Services offered: dog walker, boarding, drop-in visits and doggy day care. I offer other pet services upon request. I am currently a full-time mother and homemaker, so I do not have a job that keeps me away from home for long stretches at a time. I have a friendly 12-year-old female dog, but she doesn't know how to play with other dogs; she’s a companion for quiet moments rather than playtime. I have three children—aged 4, 6, and 9—who adore dogs and love playing with them. I live in a house without a fenced yard. The raised deck has a gate and is a spot where my dog ​​likes to hang out and watch the activity. I’ve installed a 34-inch removable fence in a small area where a dog can be left without constant supervision (provided they aren't a climber or a jumper).

About: Moonbabies Little Lodge offers boutique home boarding designed especially for small dogs who enjoy a calm household environment. Your dog will stay in a cozy home setting with a small resident pack of friendly toy-breed dogs and plenty of supervised outdoor playtime in our secure backyard play yard. Our yard features enrichment areas just for small dogs, including ramps, tunnels, lounging spots, and shaded cabana areas where pups can relax between play sessions. In warm weather we even bring out a splash pad for dogs who enjoy cooling off. Inside the home, dogs are part of the family during the day and sleep comfortably in their own individual night pens with beds and toys for a peaceful evening routine. Because this is a small home environment, we typically host only 2–3 guest dogs at a time, allowing us to give each dog plenty of attention and supervision. This setup works best for dogs who: • are under about 20 lbs • are comfortable around other small dogs • are house trained • can relax calmly in a pen or crate if needed A meet-and-greet is required before first bookings to ensure everyone is a good fit. Guest dogs join our calm daily small-dog household routine with supervised backyard playtime, indoor relaxation, naps, cuddles, and social interaction throughout the day. I keep my guest list intentionally small so each dog receives close supervision and personal attention in a comfortable home environment. Moonbabies Little Lodge is designed specifically for friendly small dogs. Dogs enjoy supervised play in a secure fenced backyard and are introduced gradually to maintain a calm group dynamic. Guest dogs are monitored closely and separated if needed for rest, meals, or quiet time. Overnight, dogs sleep safely in cozy individual pens with their own bedding, food, and water.

About: I’ve had yorkie’s, dobie’s, lab’s, shepherd’s and schnauzer’s. My little Stevie passed away in April after 13 years together. She can’t be replaced so I’m looking to fill the void by caring for others while my heart mends. I have a lot of free time without a set schedule so there is always time to snuggle and play and go for walks together. I have a 4’ tall fenced yard with neighbors that have dogs too. I stay outside with the dogs and do not leave them alone. Dogs will have the run of my house and are allowed on the furniture and the beds too.
