About: I’ve always loved animals! Not only have I taken care of my own, I also have pet-sitted and volunteered at my local animal shelter. Also, as a psychology grad and previous behavior therapist, I have quite a bit of knowledge and experience in the training department! Since I’m pregnant (due mid June) I have been taking some time off of work. That means I have a very flexible schedule to help you and your pets! Since my family members are allergic to dogs and cats, I’m only able to provide services in your area. I’d love to work with you for whatever you and your pets need to be happiest and most comfortable!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. My family had a German shepherd husky mix as our first dog, then We got a hound, then a lab, then a shorkie. So I’ve been around dogs of all shapes and sizes and demeanors for the majority of my lifetime. We started with all our dogs as puppies, so I have puppy care under my belt as well! I would love to make this my main source of income. My husband makes the money we need, however I volunteer and having a 9-5 on the side is a struggle. So I’d love to turn this into a good source of income for us, that allows me to continue volunteering. Dogs have my heart through and through. I truly believe that every dog needs active play time every single day. And I’m excited and ready to be a part of helping you and your family out with that.

I ensure that high-quality care is provided by understanding exactly how you would provide care to your pet, and aiming to Exceed you and your pet’s expectations! I ensure responsible and safe care by maintaining liability insurance to mitigate risk as well as adding security and comfort to pet owners and myself. I remain knowledgeable and educated about best practices, training techniques, and grooming techniques. I spend my free time, educating myself on all things pets, from body language to responding to commands, to health concerns, to the most tasty, natural, homemade dog treats! I’m experienced with various pets and animals of all kinds, from livestock, to small farm animals, to pets like dogs, cats and birds (house birds or large birds like an African macaw) reptiles, and rodents, but I do Prefer dogs (🤭🤫). This does not mean that I provide better care to any one animal over another; it just means that I personally receive the most joy from my interactions and experiences with dogs and it’s generally the most rewarding experience for me. My ability to care for other animals is not hindered by my preference in any way, and I’m not bias. I truly care for every living animal, and I absolutely adore nature! My goal is to continue to live happily while providing specialized, high-quality care for those in life that bring me organic passion, drive, and joy! Unless the home/pet owner is aware, I would not bring any outside animals into the home while caring for them. I offer general companionship services, walking/hiking services/grooming services - inclusive of bathing, ear, cleaning, and nail trimming, and basic training.
