“A must book!! Especially if you have a senior furbaby!!! I really appreciate Jona taking in my senior pug, KoKo who is 14 years old. I couldn’t find anyone willing to take my pug because she was a senior. Jona immediately accepted the request. Jona created such a relaxing environment and stay for KoKo. As soon as we came in, Jona immediately scooped KoKo into her arms and gave her such a warm hug. Jona gave me a tour of where Koko would be spending most of her time as well. She followed all my instructions to the tee and sent me constant updates and pictures. Koko has arthritis and Jona told me she placed a heating pad under Koko to make her feel more comfortable! I mean who does that?! The great attention and love Jona gave Koko is just irreplaceable! Jona, thank you so much for treating my baby like yours! We will definitely be back.”

“Sandy was fabulous. I was traveling abroad for 2 weeks and needed to find a sitter for my Pembroke Corgi--Lexie. My regular sitter was unavailable and I didn't want to take her to Kennel. I was nervous about leaving her so long with a stranger. Sandra was the first contact I made on Rover.com and she responded quickly. We scheduled a pre-visit and she immediately put me at ease. Lexie took to her right away. She freely roamed the house and sat at Sandy's feet for most of our visit. Sandy was so attentive, calm and reassuring. I even learned a lot about Lexie from my talks with her. Lexie is not routinely around other dogs, but Sandy was able to get her to play, romp in the snow and engage with her dogs. She sent me pictures and video while on travel. I knew Lexie had a good time because she showed Sandy the same affection and attention that she does me when I went to pick her up. Usually, Lexie is "moody" with me for a few days when I leave her for an extended period. Not this time, she showed no signs of moodiness or rejection. We took up where I left her 2 weeks ago. Sandy is on my speed dial. Thank you Rover for coming to my rescue.”
