My family and I were away for 6 days, and unfortunately, KoKo started exhibiting signs of illness on day 2 into day 3! Kelly alerted me immediately but had already made calls and received pet Med advice and comforted me as well as informed me of diagnosis! She never pressured me to return and even prepared special meals for my KoKo to ease his discomfort!!!! Turns out that he had a horrible case of separation anxiety that was literally making him sick. But Kelly and her family acted quickly and within 36 hours, helped KoKo settle and return to his normal playful healthy state! I told Kelly and I will tell the world… she’s not just a sitter… she’s a BLESSING for people that love their fur babies and want the best home away from home for them! I am very happy with the care Annie provided for my dog Brandi. She is a good communicator, and has a very nice set up for the dogs who visit her. She doesn't have a dog of her own so most of the time Brandi was there, it was just her. The rest of the time she had an older dog that Annie keeps frequently and knows her personality. My dog doesn't like aggressive or overly playful dogs, but I think she enjoyed being around a calm,fellow senior citizen.
For the first time we were looking for a dog sitter for our two lively Manchester Terriers so we would not have to worry during our vacation trip. Over Rover.com we‘ve met Ms Annie O. and decided to take our dogs to her. We’ve made the right choice. In Annie‘s home our dogs found loving care. Next time when we go on vacation we will bring our dogs to Ms Annie O. again.
Annie was awesome! We’re so glad she watched our Dorothy. She kept us updated with pictures and messages, which really put our minds at ease—we knew Dorothy was in great hands. Annie was also incredibly accommodating with our last-minute requests. Overall, we’re super happy with the experience and can’t wait to bring Dorothy back again!
