“I cannot express my gratitude for Kelly, adequately!! I would absolutely book with her and her family a million times over! She was very accommodating and patient from start to finish! My family and I were away for 6 days, and unfortunately, KoKo started exhibiting signs of illness on day 2 into day 3! Kelly alerted me immediately but had already made calls and received pet Med advice and comforted me as well as informed me of diagnosis! She never pressured me to return and even prepared special meals for my KoKo to ease his discomfort!!!! Turns out that he had a horrible case of separation anxiety that was literally making him sick. But Kelly and her family acted quickly and within 36 hours, helped KoKo settle and return to his normal playful healthy state! I am very happy with the care Annie provided for my dog Brandi. She is a good communicator, and has a very nice set up for the dogs who visit her. She doesn't have a dog of her own so most of the time Brandi was there, it was just her. The rest of the time she had an older dog that Annie keeps frequently and knows her personality. My dog doesn't like aggressive or overly playful dogs, but I think she enjoyed being around a calm,fellow senior citizen.
