“Where do we begin! Roselyn cared for our dog, Parker, for 10 days while we were vacationing. We, along with Parker, were invited to meet Roselyn and her “pack” beforehand, providing the opportunity to ask any questions we had. Roselyn took note of every aspect of Parker, asking us very important questions and ensuring us his daily routines and norms would be mirrored as much as possible. While caring for Parker, she sent us numerous photos and videos of him from throughout each day, recapping every aspect of his day and fun with her and her pack! It was immediately obvious he was having so much fun and was very comfortable and happy! Peace of mind is what every pet owner wants when leaving them in someone else’s care. Without question, Roselyn truly went above and beyond in providing us that, caring for Parker like he was her own. We will ABSOLUTELY be going to Roselyn to care for Parker in the future! “Sasha was amazing! I needed a sitter due to a medical emergency, there were so many things at play to where I was out of town when our dog was ready to be picked up. My dad who was just recovering from surgery was not as fast he usually was post surgery. We had to coordinate and navigate a lot considering this was also our first time using Rover. Sasha was patient in navigating the frustrations with pick up. She was very hands on with our dog and communicated with us as we navigated his needs and this app for the first time. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter. Thanks for your help Sasha and helping our family during this time and not having to travel 20 hours with our German shepherd. She even asked about his preferences and routines to make sure he felt comfortable and at home. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches.
