First of all she was so polite and prompt to my messages, She made us feel so comfortable at the time we had to give her our little baby. Before we even handed her off she wanted to make sure she knew everything about our little Luna so she could be the best caretaker for her and we were so appreciative of that. Within minutes of having Luna she sent us messages and a video of Luna playing with her adorable fur baby Exo (hopefully I spelled that correctly) and she was having the time of her life. We never used rover before and this was our first experience and honestly I won't use anyone else because Enjoli is the absolute BEST! “We were so nervous and worried where to leave Taro when we are away because it’s gonna be his first time to be away from us. We shop around the area and neighboring area for a good boarding place and upon reading reviews it kind of disappoints us for all those places we found online. At the very last moment we found rover.com and we don’t know this site just purely found it online and we connected to 3 pet sitters and only Jorge who are very responsive and answered all our questions. We had him take care our 9 months old shiba inu for 7 days and we didn’t have any issue, he’s constantly sending us updates with Taro daily so we are worry free while on vacation.
