I have had so many sitters including my family, care for my Yorkie (Scooter) and never have had this kind of care. “Jennifer was absolutely wonderful with Luna and Bruce! Bruce has historically been a tough one with sitters — he gets anxious and can be hesitant to warm up — but Jennifer's patience and calm approach made all the difference. She used a slip lead to ease him into bathroom breaks, gave us consistent updates, and within just a day or two he was completely off the slip lead and settling in comfortably. That kind of attentiveness is rare and we are so grateful. Luna did great too, and Jennifer kept a close eye on both of them, noticing the little things like Luna's drool (nerves) and adjusting feeding arrangements so Luna would actually finish her meals. She also accommodated some last-minute changes when our flight got cancelled without any hesitation. On top of all that, Jennifer sent so many photos throughout the stay — it genuinely put our minds at ease while we were traveling. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups. We will absolutely be booking with Jennifer again. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with anxious or shy dogs!”
