That probably sounds dramatic but we were having some big behavioral issues surrounding a move and I was starting to worry about safety but also refused to give up on my dog. Rita offered some insight as to what he might be needing from me and offered some ideas on a routine and safety measures I could implement to help him (things that are actually sustainable in my busy life as a single mom) and it has been a game changer! I can see the difference in his demeanor, in his recovery from stressful events, and he's so much more happy and fulfilled. My whole house is so much more calm and settled and I get to give him a happier life. Rita's understanding and compassionate care for dogs is unmatched, and I'm a better dog mom as a result.”

About: My and my puppies (Pilot- 11 and Maxie- 14) love having other furry friends to play with! With younger puppies, I can maintain any training protocols you’re working on (leash walking, potty training, chewing). For seniors, I can accommodate whatever you need from me while in my care. For all others, we have lots of options to have fun, keep them busy, or just chill out. I’m home all day so there’s plenty of time for playing, cuddles, walks and attention. Lots of toys, furniture and dog beds for your babies to play with or get comfy. I have a lot of experience with dogs that may have difficulties on walks (pulling, chasing, reactive). I always make sure the pets are comfortable and have their needs met. My apartment is on the 1st floor and the back door leads to the doggy courtyard so potty breaks don’t have to be scorching for them in these Texas summer months.

About: I can’t wait to spend time with your fur babies! I love animals and will always get a bunch of cute photos for you during my time with them. Running is an additional option if you specify in the request. Pet brushing and pet vacuuming available on request. I love all animals and will care for them like they’re my own. I have experience with special need animals, animals from traumatic situations who may need special care, as well as medically complicated. I work fully remote and take frequent breaks to walk throughout the day and play/snuggle breaks! My schedule is pretty flexible and there is lots of room for them.
